If you’re looking for “The place” to unwind and recharge, this is probably it! The hotel room was so perfect it felt like a luxury apartment, we had to talk ourselves into going out! And Mendoza has amazing vineyards and some of the most interesting food spots! But we couldn’t wait to get back to our hotel where they organized “picadas” with wine by the fire where we got to meet all the other guests from around the world. They never forgot those little details like chocolate at turndown on my pillow, and even remember just what coffee we liked. The staff always with a smile and super eager to help with reservations and ideas. Can’t wait to call them again to book for next year! ♥️

The stay at the hotel was amazing. The staff provided some of the best service we have ever experienced in a hotel. The room was large and comfortable with excellent amenities, including a dry sauna, double-headed shower, Alexa-controls for lighting, music, blinds, etc., and a small kitchen with microwave, a small refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee maker. Breakfast consisted of a generous spread of eggs, pancakes, breads, yogurt, fruits, juices, and French-pressed coffee. Beautiful gardens with seating around a gas fire pit provided a relaxing space to mingle with other guests. Two very friendly kitties enhanced the ambiance and the feeling that we were at someone’s home. We look forward to returning and will certainly recommend it to any one that visits Mendoza.

Beautiful, luxurious room - I was in Albert Camus, which had its own sauna and private plunge pool. Both were fabulous, although I did have to rely on the front desk to ask them to make the water in the plunge pool warm enough. Huge, very comfortable bed, great shower, beautiful room with free water (very important after a day at the wineries), delicious breakfast (but it’s no longer free to get it delivered to your room), and great service. Highly, highly recommend.
