The bright duplex apartment is located on the upper floors of a residential building in a courtyard, away from the busy pedestrian zone. You can't live more centrally and quietly in Lüneburg. The streets with their numerous cafes, restaurants and boutiques and the lively life are almost on the doorstep. In the lower (3rd) Floor (approx. 43 sqm) is the open fully equipped kitchen with dining area and the spacious living room with direct access to the large balcony. For a cozy afternoon coffee or a cozy summer evening, tables and chairs are available on the balcony and an awning provides for any shading. There is also a guest toilet. In the top (4th) Floor (approx. 40 sqm), which can be reached via a spiral staircase, is the bedroom with a double bed (180cm x 200cm) and a large wardrobe. This is followed by two open rooms, which allow a view of the east town with St. John's Church and historic water tower and the view of the west town with St. Michael's Church. Both open rooms are equipped with cozy furniture and invite you to linger. From the bedroom you can reach the bathroom with tub / shower, vanity and toilet. Perfection Karin and Wolfgang are amazing hosts! They welcomed me at the train station, made sure I was settled in at their lovely apartment and checked to ensure my stay was going well a few days in. The apartment is spacious, every room comfortable and clean, a home away from home. The location is perfect! It is in the city center, walkable to all sites and transportation, while also quiet when ready to relax. I truly hope to return. Thank you Karin and Wolfgang!

Loft style apartment in the heart of Luneburg I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Wolfgang and his wife picked me up from the train station and gave me a quick tour of Luneburg before dropping me off at the property. They showed me the two bicycles available to borrow and provided me with the Wi-Fi password and showed me the washing machine. They taught me how to use the espresso maker and the television. The place was perfect for me. The bedroom is up a spiral staircase and has a view of downtown. I could hear the blackbirds singing at night and see the fireworks show over the river. And the bicycles allowed me to travel back-and-forth to my job over the two weeks. Wolfgang and his wife were so generous that they picked me up and brought me back to the train station on the day of my departure. The price was very reasonable, and the accommodations were quite nice.

rundum angenehm und bequem sehr netter Vermieter, der uns vom Bahnhof abholte und zurück brachte, obwohl der Bahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen ist, und uns gleich mit allen interessanten Infos zur Stadt versorgte... Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig auf 2 Ebenen im 2. OG mit Balkon und bietet alles, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt braucht... sehr ruhig, weil / obwohl mitten in der Fußgängerzone, zu einem äußerst zuvorkommenden Preis...

Maisonettewohnung in der Altstadt Wir, ein rüstiges Rentnerehepaar, waren 8 Tage Gast in der schönen, lichtdurchflutenden Maisonettewohnung, die sich in der 3. Etage und im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrparteienhauses in der Fußgängerzone der Lüneburger Altstadt befindet. Geschäfte des täglichen und des darüber hinausgehenden Bedarfs sowie Cafés und Restaurants sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Pkw-Stellplatz in einer Doppelgarage im EG des Hauses. Die Wohnung, die sich bekanntermaßen über zwei Geschosse erstreckt, ist gut geschnitten und verfügt über einen Sonnenbalkon (Loggia) mit Markise, sie ist komplett ausgestattet und zur Selbstversorgung bestens geeignet. Selbst ein Rollmesser zum Schneiden von Pizza ist vorhanden. Sie befindet sich in zweiter Reihe und ist somit vom Lärm der F-Zone abgeschnitten. Die Ruhe wird lediglich vom Gezwitscher der Vögel unterbrochen. Ein Fahrstuhl wäre wünschenswert, da 49 Treppenstufen bis zur Wohnung und weitere 15 innerhalb der Wohnung etwas Kondition erfordern, insbesondere wenn man mit Gepäck beladen ist. Zwei Fahrräder, die sich in einem separaten Fahrradraum befinden, ebenfalls im EG des Hauses, durften wir kostenfrei nutzen. Der Vermieter, Herr Behrendt, ist ein freundlicher älterer Herr, der sich rührend um seine Gäste kümmert und jederzeit erreichbar ist, für ihn sind Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit so selbstverständlich wie für uns. Wir würden uns erneut für die Wohnung entscheiden.

Exklusive Maisonette-Wohnung Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben. Wir füllten uns sehr wohl. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, besser gehts nicht. Absolut zu empfehlen!
