Stay away from this hotel, there are many other better choices. I arrived in the afternoon but the hotel was closed so I had to call the staff. As you can imagine, no one speaks English but they understood that I was in front of the hotel and I was waiting to check in. I had to wait 45 minutes before someone arrived to open: no “hello”, no “sorry”. The owner just asked me the passport with arrogance. Then, hotel gives you the wechat contact if you need assistance after your arrival: I olny asked an information about the city and they replied 8 hours after… I had the feeling they were upset for having a foreigner in the hotel.

Room was big and very comfortable, nice bed and decent bathroom, clean enough. Included a free tea and a little New Year cake which was very nice. Great location only 10 minutes from the old town or the metro. The owner was friendly and helpful given I don't speak Chinese. It's the only place I've stayed in China where the owner has taken me to the police station to register my passport - usually they make a copy and do it themselves so I'm not sure why it was done this way, but it wasn't really an issue and the lady recommended me a nice breakfast on the way so it was no problem at all. Overall was pretty good and I'd stay again.

The host was really friendly and helpful, she even helped wash my clothes! Hotel is new and clean, and location is perfect. Really worth the stay!

Great place and value for family short stay

Very nice place, friendly staff who are very helpful. Good location. However, foreigners should be aware that there is some weird policy in Luoyang where they make you go to the police station to register rather than accepting online registration like all other hotels. On the day, the police station’s system was broken so we sat in the station for 40 min while some negotiation went on between the owner and the police officer. After, they eventually took our passport photo and let us go. Seems no one knows why they do this, so be aware.

I travel a lot and this is my favorite hotel. They were so good to me and my family. They brought 2 cars to the railway station to collect us and our luggage, then helped with the police and showed us where everything is. They could not have been more welcoming... it was like visiting family, who I like. Definitely recommend.

Luoyang might be a bit overrated, however this hotel was really sweet and so was the kind owner with her handsome dog!

安全：有門禁 進出總能看到老闆在一樓 而且拐個彎就是公安局😀 衞生：挺乾淨的 設施：很多細節都看得出 老闆是花了心思的 服務：老闆很好 工作人員也很好 待人都很和善 為住客考慮 便利：離洛邑古城、麗景門之類的都很近 地鐵也不遠 周邊穿過銅駝暮雨就是隋唐運河公園 晚上散步很不錯 忘了拍圖了 放一張運河的瀍壑朱櫻吧

這個是真的好，不是託，我在這裏住了兩晚，房間很乾凈，而且就安排在前台旁邊很近，去接熱水阿姨也很熱情，很健談，非常非常好啊啊啊啊，離附近的景點騎共享單車幾分鐘就到了，因為我是凌晨的火車，我想多呆一會，姐姐給我免費延長到三點，洛陽是個非常好的城市，如果下次有機會再來我還會選擇運河邊

很不錯的民宿！推薦大家選擇，位置很好，離洛邑古城特別近走路幾分鐘能到，民宿有停車場很方便，門口就有一家老字號牛肉湯很好喝，房間也蠻乾淨的，有投影，投影效果非常好，熱水空調都挺給力的，服務也很熱情，有自己準備的詳細攻略，不錯！

房間很乾凈！淋浴水特別大，很舒服！晚上也很安靜！前台大姐服務特別好！半夜了，還等着我們回來，才關門！還有冰鎮水免費的！停車場也挺大！總之！超乎我想的！物超所值！下次再來必須入住運河邊民宿！

我很喜歡這個民宿的服務態度！老闆人很熱情。我們住了三天該走了 ，老闆還送了我們幾瓶礦泉水。而且，酒店擁有乾淨整潔的衞生，很好的一家民宿。推薦

房間衞生很乾凈，但是打開窗户就是小區…這個私隱真沒辦法，衹能拉窗簾了…衞生間如果能乾濕分離就好，要不每次洗完澡，都要打掃一下馬桶～但還是好評…洛陽挺好，下次還來～
