Ibis Hotel (Luoyang Baolong Square) recensioner

Good location. There are lots of convenience stores, restaurants around, the big shopping mall is just right in front. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately most rooms are smoking. The first room I got was quite smelly from cigarettes so I asked for a change. The room is very nice and clean, the bed is so comfortable.

Nice locations near shopping mall and cafe. I was a bit down with flu and walked around, pharmacy also nearby. It was not far to go to major attractions in Luo Yang, most of the places within 15 to 30 minutes by taxi. Staff were friendly. And the hotel provided washing machine and dryer, free of charge. The only downside was the lift, took a long time.

The best cost effective hotel in Luoyang. Very good staff, well located hotel and the room is very comfortable.

I love Ibis, but this Ibis is the best because of the wonderful lady on the reception, her name is CICI. Thank you very much for your help 😌 i felt home 🏡 Ibis hotel overall is good, that's we know))) location is amazing, not far away from Louyang Longmen railway station 🚉 and near a big Mall. It was noisy, but after 23:00-24:00 became silent.

Before coming have added them in WECHAT which they have provided all the information needed. Excellent service from the reception especially the lady Ms 孙 she is awesome and have full knowledge about the Longmen grotto. She has explained every details like which bus to take which station to stop so that you don't walk the longer way. She even explained the sequence of walking so that you will not missed the important part. Very very patience lady.

It was a wonderful stay at the ibis hotel in LUOYANG. The warm and cordial hospitality by the ever smiling front desk manager Cicy is highly anticipated. The breakfast spread was healthy, fresh and above our expectations. Rooms are clean and bathroom is decent. We happily recommend ibis to future customers.

Great location. There is a shopping center with a bunch of small restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean, good and discreet service. Breakfast is buffet type, there are foods familiar to a guest from Russia.

Had a wonderful stay. The receptionists are very careful and helpful, always smiling and willing to help. The location is good, has places to eat , have coffee and the mall is just 700m away.

We are happy to stay here. Room is good with the reason price. Location is fine as we travel by taxi. It is easy to find food as it is in the shopping area. Staff are friendly and have the service mind. Breakfast is good. The hotel also provides the laundry machine for free.

The stuff couldn’t control the guests that were making noise by the lobby, we could hear their children playing & running around in the morning when we were still sleeping, there was some construction being done upstairs and it was just too loud…. Otherwise the location is okay, close to a couple of malls.
