Wonderful experience at Qichi Shui’an Homestay. The owners and staffs are exceptionally helpful in every way. Pictures reflect the actual status of the room & the facility. The stunning view from the huge window is just unforgettable. Thanks to the whole team who make us feel comfortable during our stay. We will for sure share our experience to our friends and we also hope to have a chance to come back here again. Keep on your great management skills! Un expérience étonnant. We had a wonderful stay in Luoyang. The room was very modern and with a great view of the river (there are even fly screens). The owners of the hotel are wonderful people who were always very friendly and helpful. Absolutely great service! We felt very welcome and can highly recommend the hotel!

Our 2 night stay was super comfortable. The rooms are big and spacious. Easy to go everywhere .Every staff from the boss Mr Wang is very friendly and explained every detail in the surrounding area that we need to know. They have three beautiful cats in the lobby area. Walking along the stream in the evening makes you feel very relaxed. I just hope to have a chance to stay in this 民宿again.

Prior to our stay at the hotel they were easy to communicate with about arranging for us to be picked up from the airport and when we arrived lovely Wang Jie was waiting for us and took us to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel the reception desk people were friendly and helpful though had no English. In the end we borrowed a Chinese-Australia powerpoint adaptor from other guests as the hotel didn't have any to lend. During our time in Luoyang we stayed at the hotel twice (we travelled to Songshan in between) and so we saw two of the hotel's rooms. Both were large, clean and comfortable. The first had a big window over looking the canal. The second had a smalled window but compensated with a bathtub. Each evening the concierge would ask us what was wanted from the breakfast menu and, between 7am and 9am, what time did we want it brought to our room. There is a washing machine available for use, free of charge, as well as laundry liquid. It didn't clean our clothes super well but did a good enough job. Guest clothes can then be hung on the balcony of the third floor to dry. The icing on top of our lovely stay at the hotel was the driver Shmile who drove us to Songshan (for 200RMB - so more expensive than a Didi there) and around Luoyang. What made her so great was her conversational English skills and her happiness to tell us about life in Luoyang and give us insights that we couldn't get from museums and plaques. Overall a great hotel that is close to Luoyi Ancient city and that is foreigner friendly.

We loved that's hotel, one of the best we have been so far. The room was big and with nice furniture and air condition. Just next to a river and the old town, so a bit less cahotic (out of the hotel there were super nice retired people playing table games). We asked for the pickup service to train station and shaolin temple and they organized for us. The staff was very amazing, kind and helpful (they have a digital tool to interact), the day we arrived they suggest a very good restaurant just next the hotel and they help us to order vegetarian dishes for my wife and a good local dish for me.
