Great Service from Noureddin! Noureddin was incredibly kind and helpful during my stay. He made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. Truly excellent service!

The stay was fabulous.. pool is stunning Rooms are new .. and clean Cooking equipments are available with kitchen They also provide a slippers for pool usage Ms Dilumi .. made my stay nicer by her amazing hospitality and welcoming attitude.. special thanks to her Loved the GYM and the view

This hotel used to be prestigious at one point now it has downgraded to the worst! The music noise at night was unbearable. The receptionist Hajar was very disrespectful. We called for a late check out and a staff have already confirmed, next day she called me on my personal phone to tell me that there is no late check out and that my room is reserved, and she insisted even though i told her that i have already confirmed with a staff the late check out all of a sudden she hung up the phone. Dealing with guests this way will cost you as a hotel for losing your loyal customers and not us. I don’t know where did she work before but this is certainly not a professional way to work in a 5 starts hotel, she definitely needs training. من الآخر الفندق مايستاهل خمس نجوم

AC was hot, lobby was busy, late responses, poor service, noisy rooms, instructions noise nearby. I asked for late checkout and they have accepted my request at night, unfortunately the other day “Hajer” called me from the reception to ask me to checkout earlier and she shut the phone without hearing anything from my side. The worst customer service ever specially with “Hajer”.

From arriving at the OQ to leaving we were treated like royalty. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff could not do enough for us. The room was so spacious with two entrances on to the balcony. A plus also you have a lounge and kitchen. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. I have stayed at lots of hotels in Qatar and by far this is the best. Breakfast was delicious with waiter service and so much choice. Angelica always knew what our order was and had such a good memory for being such a busy restaurant. The pool was so big, with stunning views over towards the sea. Martin was always on hand to serve drinks along with all the other wonderful staff. Lunch and snacks were delicious. At the back of the hotel is a nice relaxing area with jacuzzi’s that have different temperatures. Lovely to enjoy a nice cocktail having a dip with music in background. This was also popular with families in the afternoon. Another plus if you like water parks only 5 minutes away. We had a great time here which has two of the highest slides in the world. Easy access to all other parts of Doha, we went to the Souk one night for a meal and the port is a nice place to go for a walk and the park to watch the sun set. Another must is the golf club at West Bay, Sunday lunch is delicious, would definitely recommend. We will certainly be back, felt so relaxed after our stay.

We had a wonderful family breakfast at Serina Restaurant, and it was truly a great experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared—perfect for both adults and kids. From the eggs to the pastries and coffee, everything was top-notch. It’s a great spot for a relaxing and delicious family meal. The service was outstanding. Martin, the manager, was welcoming, professional, and made sure every guest felt at home. A heartfelt thank you to our lovely servers—Anjelika, Ruspa, and Hajar—who were friendly, attentive, and incredibly kind, especially with our family. Their warm hospitality really made the experience special. I highly recommend Serina Restaurant for anyone looking for a delicious, family-friendly breakfast with exceptional service!
