The rooms were very spacious and beds very comfortable, we arrived after 10pm, we couldn't park in the car park next to the hotel as too late but the parking was convenient and close by, you get a ticket and give them your car reg and its paid by hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely go back if flying from Luton airport.

I stay at loads of Premier Inns each month and this one always has the best staff. They are smiley, friendly, welcoming and always ensure you have a great stay. Special shout out to Bronwyn and Kelsie and the staff in the kitchen. Lovely food, well presented. 😋

I recently stayed at the Luton Premier Inn during a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered exactly what you’d hope for after a long day. The entire hotel team was courteous, helpful, and clearly dedicated to maintaining a high standard of service. Their professionalism created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay—they are true assets to the Premier Inn brand. A special mention goes to Kelsie and Afrina, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. Their attention to detail and friendly approach truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel for business travellers—outstanding service, a fantastic team, and a very comfortable stay. Thank you all!

Hotel is what you would expect from a Premier Inn, however the staff are exceptional, friendly, professional and nothing is too much trouble. How refreshing. They cope exceptionally well under pressure, at busy times, all with a smile and good humour. Excellent work, shout out to all the staff but inparticular ‘Mandie’ who for me makes the diffence

We received very friendly service from two staff members, Afraina and Kelsie, at the Luton City Premier Inn. The car park is closed until 6am in the morning, and they went out of their way to tell us this and help us move the car to the staff car park so we could leave at 5am for our flight at Luton Airport. Will definitely stay again at this Premier Inn as it was great value!

A great team of staff, always willing to help guests with the usual challenges of being away on business. I stay here regularly and are made to feel welcome every time. Paul (chef), Kelsie, Afrina and Amanda provide a friendly and welcoming manner.

Excellent service all the way throughout our stay. Staff were excellent the lady on the front of house with coloured hair very bubbly and helpful sorry I forgot her name was excellent in helping us as we were out of our area well done premier inn the staff should be rewarded
