That guy at reception knew very little about customer service. His attitude was disgraceful and the way talked was utterly disgusting!

No soap in dispensers. Rock hard bed. Don’t bother paying for ‘breakfast’. No key cards available for our room. Gross bedroom. Terrible sewage smell. Would never stay again!

This is the third Travelodge we have stayed in after switching from one of their competitors. As we have found on each occasion the hotels have been clean and tidy, the rooms comfortable and spotless and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Although it was not a deciding factor but you cannot beat the value for money offered by this company. Lutterworth lived up to our expectations and being close to the M1 and our intended onward venue made it the ideal place to stay.

"Just had a family stay at the , and it was great! The hotel was clean and comfortable, perfect for a family trip. A special shout-out to person name Bala Narla at reception – super helpful and friendly, made us feel really welcome!" I would recommend this place to stay for a family.

Nice, clean, spacious room. Comfy bed, great to have a bath and masses of hot water! Lovely place to eat next door, free carpark. Only tiny grumble was no plugs near the bed so we had to charge our phones on the dressing table overnight- not a major issue. It was lovely to have a midday checkout :)

Lovely friendly clean hotel but the anti slip floor has been polished so very slippery in general but when wet a nightmare

Great place, no complaints Staff were lovely. Bed comfy, more tea bags please Comfy beds, good shower/bath plenty hot water. Was a wedding in Lutterworth house so it was very handy 8 minutes driving. Room was missing a bed shelf at left side, only down side but not a big problem. Night staff let us in, the girls were very friendly

Came down to to visit friends. Team was really friendly and happy to give me information on what’s about and where I can eat. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was free and they have a good amount of EV chargers in the car park. Would stay again.

I stay at this hotel regularly and have never had any complaints there is some road noise depending on what side of the hotel you are but its not excessive.
