I thought this place was just OK - a little expensive for what it is, and I'd say my biggest complaint is that it's probably more convenient to stay somewhere in the centre of town. I tried to book Le Place d'Armes but it was fully booked on this occasion, I'd probably try that on a return visit. One nice plus is they do have a piano in great condition which they allow guests to play!

Don’t waste your money! Was expecting a lot better for what we paid €291 not including breakfast. Room was clean on the surface but I found dust on curtain rails, window sills and skirting boards. Rooms are noisy due to slamming doors, church bells and a flight path! Broken blind and naff toiletries. Worst complaint for that money you did not even get a free bottle of water!! Small glass bottle from mini bar was €6. Feel completely ripped off. Breakfast at €22 was also very disappointing. We went there from the Novotel Suites… now they are worth the money! Couldn’t fault them so stay there instead.

Went to LC x a quick meeting from london. i could tell place would have been very quiet, and it was. i learned how to get around by bus, stops 1' from hotel, and go to haute ville of the train station. polite staff, ok breakfast. large room. i did not have the time to try the restaurant which, apparently, is very well known in LC. only remark is a group of north americans guests coming back at some point during the night and deciding to have a loud chat in front of my room (06). and then said hello to each others with a loud belch that woke me up! we all have been there right? NOT. i will go back.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff, Excellent meal in restaurant. Beautiful suite , spotlessly clean. Lovely garden and terrace. Just on edge of city centre , but only few minutes walk. Very easy parking.

Quaint small hotel in a lovely quiet area of Luxembourg which is accessible to everything the area has to offer. Gardens are pretty and the rooms are delightfully decorated - however a fridge that didn't work, a leaking tap in the bathroom and a very poor shower were disappointing. Our visit coincided with the hotel's staffing levels being impacted by covid which we were only advised of afterwards. Regretfully poor availability of staff meant we didn't receive the expected 'luxury' service.. The staff being further stretched by a private event that took place during our stay didn't help and resulted in us deciding not to dine in the restaurant which was a shame. The lady who served us at breakfast and the gentleman who served us cocktails on a couple of occasions are worthy of comment as they were both very helpful and pleasant (we didn't catch their names). Unfortunately our overall experience would deter us from staying there again.

Easy to find and free safe parking. We arrived and found the hotel on a small square in lower Luxembourg, school buses were picking up in the square and we commented on how lovely and quiet the hotel was when we booked in. It was a 15/20 minute walk up the hill to the city centre but if you wanted you could catch the free city bus all the way there and back. A very comfortable and clean room and bed. Excellent breakfast brought to the table, a selection of pastries, bread, ham, cheese etc on an individual wooden platter. We stayed Friday Saturday and Sunday night. Unfortunately it seems that on Friday and Saturday the square is used by night clubbers to park to walk to nearby night venues. When they park the cars made quite a noise and when all the spaces were taken more cars kept driving round trying to find a space. This went on beyond midnight. When the passengers got out of the cars they were quite noisy talking to each other. They returned any time between midnight and 4.00 a.m. Which resulted in anything but a peaceful night. Working lorries (bins etc) started shortly after 6.00 a.m. Sunday did not suffer the same issues and we had a peaceful nights sleep.

Beautiful little quaint hotel in fantastic location just out of the main part of the city of Luxembourg. Approximately a 15 minute hike up the hill to city area but beautiful walk along the way. Hotel itself was very sweet beautiful room comfortable bed and pillows. Both the front desk staff and the woman running breakfast were helpful and pleasant. Only downside was other travelers who returned later in the night and were quite loud but more of their fault then the hotels…

Chambre vieillotte, mobilier abimé, salle de bain vétuste, même les serviettes viennent d’une autre époque, literie minable, oreillers usés et minuscules . Rien à voir avec un hôtel de luxe, sauf ke prix! Cet établissement semble à l’abandon, quelle déception !
