"New hotel, so room is good. Stated gym works, but didn't. Service at front desk terrible - ask for invoice, they say they will send it, but didn't. Almost need to pay for parking, since bad system. Breakfast was ok."

"五鑽酒店就是比五星酒店更有温度，管家瑩瑩特別貼心，早上趕不上早餐，她擔心小寶餓肚子主動幫忙去餐廳打包了點早點讓機器人送來。酒店環境很好，有很大的小童樂園，有高爾夫球場（可惜冬天沒開放），還有一些小動物：柯爾鴨、孔雀（很幸運遇到孔雀開屏），中餐廳雖然菜品不多但味道很不錯。酒店裡的小甜點價格和售賣機食品價格也不貴，是親子出遊的好選擇，等春天草坪綠了，再安排全家來住幾晚，讓孩子體驗蔬菜採摘，高爾夫等活動。"
