"Excellent stay in the hotel thanks to the great help from MARTIN the assistant front office Manager. After a small inconvenience the day of arrival Martin took in charge solve all the problems and personally care each day to ensure that everything was ok for us . Also we ave been upgraded to a wonderful room. Martin show how to take care of the clients and his spirit of service is remarkable. Thanks to his work and assistance showing the service together with the room facilities I have not doubt now I’ll come back to hotel and I’d highly recommend it ."

"I love this eco-friendly hotel. The reason why located far from downtown, it has pros and cons. Swimming pool is a bit cold on Dec. Breakfast is nice, especially noodles, even if I am foreigner, I totally satisfied."

"告莊，晝夜判若兩城，衹有在晚間才會發現它的真實！悠揚的葫蘆絲、曼妙的凡婻諾、綿延的霓虹、異域的傣迪、熱鬧的趕擺街。因不喜民宿，所以住宿衹選湄公河景瀾酒店。兩年前來過一次告莊，也住景瀾。設施、地理位置、景觀、服務都是上選。此次再來告莊玩，景瀾還是必選！房間內飾、床架甚至外牆等都保養到位。説明酒店運作理想，也將資金用於酒店維護，形成良性循環。這次在告莊停留4天，暫定了兩天江景行政雙床房。到前台辦入住，小姐姐小菊熱情接待，並幫忙安排調度我們需要的高樓層房間。得知更高樓層有內銷套房時（房源低於5間，景觀位置更好，不在平台銷售），小菊也主動開房卡讓我們上樓打樣。經過商議，小菊在自己權限下給出相當實惠的價格。後，果斷再定兩天內銷套房。非常感謝小菊幫忙！ 這次假期不長，沒法停留到傣歷新年潑水節，等有時間一定過來體驗三天的潑水節狂歡！"

"This is considered quite a premium hotel in the area. It’s very family friendly - the pool seems popular, though if your window faces the ‘inside’ of the hotel you’ll hear lots of noise from it. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and quite new. A good place overall, if a little loud. In all honesty, if you’re a foreign person reading this who can afford to travel to China, I recommend avoiding Xishuangbanna. It’s a very tacky tourist trap of an area. Mostly populated by northern Chinese who have travelled down to hawk cheap and tasteless tourist experiences. Nothing worth seeing, even in the local parks. And everyone smokes here, it’s a little suffocating. I strongly recommend visiting elsewhere in Yunnan province such as Kunming or Dali - nothing to see here."

"We have been visiting the Pullman Resort during our Golden Week Holiday. The hotel was quite empty despite the festival season. We also know the Pullman in Sanya Bay well and were somewhat disappointed of the one in Xishuangbanna. Overall, the hotel was way too expensive for the provided quality and services, we cannot recommend it. Pro: The hotel has been a nice choice due to its rooms in good conditions but nothing “special”. + The location is a bit outside of Jinghong - so it’s quiet and green, you can do nice small walks in the area of the resort + Since it wasn’t full, you could easily get some space during breakfast + The breakfast was quite nice (but monotonous after 3 days). + Very nice of the breakfast staff: in the last morning they provided us some bacon since the children were looking for it Cons: General: - The service level was not good at many places of the hotel: - No English speaking staff in the hotel. Especially at the reception it’s a big disadvantage - No shuttle service to public spaces - In the area are not many shops or restaurants and at least many were closed during our stay (maybe because of Golden Week) - The outside breakfast area is not nice and you are more or less forced to sit inside due to pest control during morning - The intensity of pest control was terrible; every day they sprayed somewhere in the hotel chemicals. During the morning the garden was fully covered in smog of chemicals and you cannot go outside; even inside the breakfast area you could smell it; one day in the afternoon the entrance street to the street was fully covered with smog and it was almost impossible to walk through there, due to pest control the whole garden is literally dead, don’t expect nice butterflies or dragonflies - it’s all gone (see the first picture) The pool service is poor for many reasons: - You cannot order any food or drink at the pool; - They don’t have any seat mattresses/cover, you have to sit on the blank chairs - The number of seats at the pool is very limited, even when the hotel was not full, not every person could get a seat - The sunshade umbrellas are useless as they cannot be moved or changed and their direction does not protect well against the sun - The requirement to wear a swimming cap is strange and everyone needed to buy one… Overall: We cannot recommend the hotel for higher price, if you get it for low price it’s a good deal but look for some alternative if you can."

"The hotel was even better that what we were expecting. The facility is beautiful and the amenities are amazing. Everything is available on site and if you like exercising and relaxing … this hotel will be the best choice for you. Amazing gym open 24h with all the necessary equipments, the indoor pool is clean with a good water temperature for your daily swim. You also have a clean sauna, hammam and hot bath available in the changing rooms (plan to turn it on 20mn before to use it when you will need). The hot springs are just outside the gym so it will be perfect to relax after a day visiting Xishuangbanna. The outdoor pool is nice and clean ( perfect if you go on a family holidays with kids ). The room is spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff and the rest of the team at the reception, restaurant … were all amazing and did everything to make our stay to be memorable. The restaurant even offered us several times some additional western dishes to make us happy. Ariel added my contact before our arrival to check if we needed anything and helped us during the stay. The breakfast was diverse and very tasty( the pain au chocolat and croissant were delicious). We have tried the dinner buffet once which was good but more Chinese dishes. The hotel is about 25/30mn from downtown so it is convenient if you want to be in a peaceful place but still near by the main attractions. You will need to travel a bit longer to go to the wild elephant valley, the primitive forest and the tropical garden but it was still ok. Thank you to the hotel and all the staffs for that amazing and memorable one week holidays. 10 out of 10."

"Good location in the center of GaoZhuang. Rooms are clean with good quality amenities. Swimming pool is pristine. Self-serving laundry room is helpful but gets pretty busy during the day and early night. The gold pagoda view from the room is supposed to be magnificent, although the pagoda is all covered up in the middle of construction during our stay. Well, save something for next time then!"

Rymlig och kristallklar, den är omgiven av palmer täckta med riktiga bananer, vilket skapar en verkligt tropisk paradisatmosfär. 🏨Mitt rum hade en rymlig balkong med utsikt över poolen. Det enorma badkaret i rummet gjorde att jag kunde koppla av helt efter en hektisk dag – det var otroligt trevligt. 🍴Frukosten var riklig, utsökt och mättande. 📸Dessutom är hotellet ett fotoparadis; det orangea tornet i thailändsk stil med elefantskulpturer vid poolen är en perfekt plats för att ta bilder. ✅Jag rekommenderar starkt detta hotell; det kommer definitivt att skapa en oförglömlig semester för dig!"

"酒店印象最深的是衞生條件，作為熱帶地區，酒店的衞生環境非常滿意。 酒店位置很好，打車去告莊和各個網紅餐廳，曼聽御花園都很近，10元多一點點的費用（經濟車型）。 酒店大堂有非常多的大沙發🛋️座位，這一點非常“親客人”，不是説我搞個收費區，然後座位少少的：好！ 前台Coco非常熱情，從一開始的添加微信：發送攻略，到後面的安排房間，出現問題解決問題，而且跟蹤問題的解決與落實，而且還十分關注你的感受；非常“敬業、專業、是發自內心的全流程、全要素的關注你，而不是流於形式應付工作；好評！ 下次來版納，還會找Coco,還會入住温德姆酒店！"
