"Отель находится в 30-40 минутах езды на машине от аэропорта. Открылся в 2022 году. Имеет свою бухту. Вокруг горы. До города только на такси или машине. Номера просторные, со всеми удобствами. Убираются хорошо. Завтраки, ужины хорошие с разнообразными восточными закусками.Кофе на завтрак только из кнопочной кофе машины, а хотелось бы от баристы( все таки отель позиционирует себя как премиум) На пляж или к бассейну дают сумку с бесплатной водой ( но пришлось просить у персонала ) днем по пляжу разносят закуски. Когда бронировали указали, что день рождение. Комплимента никакого не было. Многие отели хотя бы открытку подписывают с пожеланиями."

"We stayed for three nights, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was rich and varied, and we were surprised to have three dozen fish and monkey peaches. The elevator leads to Grand Mall, which has supermarkets and restaurants, clothing, etc. Every waiter is very warm and thoughtful. But the taxi outside the hotel is twice as expensive as the taxi downstairs, which brings us inconvenience. Breakfast number one"

"Excellent service and a truly premium experience at JW Marriott Muscat. The staff was attentive at Kitchen 7 (big shout out to Yuni, Naveen, Saad, Ashiqul, Pankaj and other staff) throughout the stay, constantly checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Breakfast spread was fantastic. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The only downside is the location. While it's close to the airport, it's far from most city attractions. Also, regular taxis aren’t available; only luxury cars serve the hotel, which can cost 3x the usual fare. Still, a great stay overall."

"Decent hotel, rooms were big for nothing really cheap and plain decor fake marble tiles room interior was not matching the hotel price or downstairs lobby, for the price of hotel all amenities and mini bar was chargeable also price of breakfast was not worth the money, the dressing table was a joke unusable plugs socket on dressing table, huge construction site outside the hotel only attraction was the 5 star restaurants on site keep your wallets loaded 😉"

"My recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental Muscat was overall enjoyable, with several notable highlights. The hotel’s location near the beachfront is fantastic, offering stunning views of Muscat and the surrounding mountains. The interiors are beautifully designed, featuring natural materials that create a luxurious and calming atmosphere. The rooms were ultra-comfortable, with excellent beds and top-quality linens that made for a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful in-room amenities, including good tea, a Nespresso machine, and water in glass bottles—a healthy and eco-friendly touch. The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided were of great quality, and the dental kits were decent. However, I did notice that some toothpaste tubes weren’t fresh, as the paste had become solid and dry in a few sets. Additionally, the shaving kit was of the cheapest level, which didn’t align with the otherwise high standards of the hotel. Breakfast was good but not quite up to the level typically expected from Mandarin Oriental. There’s definitely room for improvement here, but I believe this is something the hotel will refine over time. The staff were polite and professional, which added to the overall positive experience. Considering the hotel is still new, I’d rate the overall experience, including the price/value ratio, as 3.5 out of 5. I’m confident that with time, the hotel will address these minor gaps and elevate the experience to match the impeccable standards the brand is known for."

"The W Hotel Muscat exceeded all expectations. From the elegant decor and stunning sea views to the impeccable service, every detail was perfect. The room was luxurious, the dining exquisite, and the spa a true sanctuary. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend"

"Good, clean hotel! Very near airport. Room service was good. Close enough to main road to try and get normal taxis. Really nice pool with a better than expected infinity pool and view. Really nothing much to complain if I just wanted a well priced, well sited, clean and adequate hotel with a bar, pool, and gym. Service apartments (what I stayed in) are more functional than the main rooms and have more space but puzzlingly, other than the dining table, there’s no study table or dresser or mirror in the bedroom which is a tad annoying as you can’t connect the hair dryer in the toilet for obvious reasons Aesthetic is somewhat sterile though. No interesting design motif and looks rather bland but that doesn’t affect me as much. There’s a bar there although the design, again, doesn’t leave one feeling as if it’s Friday night out."

"My stay at the kempinski hotel in muscat was not as good as expected from a five star international hotel.. My friends and I encountered unfavorable treatment from some of the staff and other mishaps at the hotel, however it wasn’t all bad as I did find the room comfortable and in general the interior of the hotel was nice and minimalistic with a touch of modern class. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed kayaking at beach and most importantly I like how the manager compensated us after all the trouble we had during our stay .."

"Это мой второй визит в Маскат и выбор отеля был сделан под впечатлением от бассейна, длиной более 100м. Бассейн действительно шикарный! Поскольку август низкий сезон, гостей в отеле немного и вы можете плавать в бассейне в одиночестве, как будто это ваш личный бассейн! На самом деле, бассейна целых 3. Так что можно выбрать подходящий по своему вкусу. Возможно, плавание в Оманском заливе не произвело на меня особого впечатления. Скажем так, бывает море и получше. Но, с другой стороны, желающих плавать в море всегда такой небольшой процент отдыхающих, что большинству достаточно просто зайти, попрыгать в волнах и выйти. С точки зрения наслаждения от пребывания на пляже, здесь опыт 100% положительный. Сервис на пляже превосходный! Постоянно приносят воду со льдом с добавлением лимона и мяты, предлагают освежающие салфетки, угощают фруктами. Отель выполнен в традиционном арабском стиле и полностью соответствует представлениям о роскошном отдыхе. Тёмная палитра в интерьерах подчёркивает архитектуру и придаёт ощущение изысканности. Для гостей, которые бронируют виллы, предлагается банная линия Amouage. В номерах попроще - Асqua di Parma, что тоже неплохо! Что касается еды, то как по мне, - она обыкновенная, без затей. Я получила несомненное эстетическое удовольствие от пребывания в этом прекрасном месте, но никаких гастрономических впечатлений отель на меня не произвёл. При этом к сервису нареканий нет никаких. Все с кем я имела дело - сотрудники ресепшен, служащие на пляже, официанты исключительно приветливы и отзывчивы!"
