The location is good, close to the train station and most sightseeing places in Luzern. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. The only drawback of the hotel is noise levels. There are many restaurants around with outdoor seating so you would hear people chatting all the way till 11 pm. 5AM in the morning there would be loud street cleaning trucks. There was one night some bar nearby had loud drunk people noise till 2AM. There's no AC in the room so you have to leave the window open and deal with all the noises.

房間不大。古老建築。在老城區，非常有感覺。特別是可以看見早晚的水塔廊橋風景。離碼頭、火車站衹有3分鐘步行。

出差帶團選擇的住宿酒店。乾淨、安全、但是沒有停車場。沒辦法，盧塞恩酒店太貴了，能找到一家價格合適的就不錯了。

Our stay was great. We stayed in one of the smaller double rooms and it was plenty of space for my husband and I. This is truly a great location. We were minutes from restaurants, most of the sights in Old Town and the train station. The cost was very reasonable for the location and the niceness of the rooms and hotel. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel as well as the Italian Restaurant they operate that is next door. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. I looked at several hotels in Old Town and was extremely happy with this choice,

Spent a night there last week, booking by phone the previous day. Lovely attendance on the phone, and same at the desk when I arrived. Speaking french or english. Had room 301, single, spacious bathroom, nice room, clean, airy, with a little terrace... could have a glimpse at the lake :-) Breakfast is included in the price, so is a 10% discount voucher for one of their two restaurants (Pizzeria and Chinese). Superbly located in the old town, 30 meters from the lake, super close to the old bridge.

What an amazing hotel! My stay was Superb. The hotel facilities were great, room fully equipped. The bed was super comfortable, actually the entire room was very cozy, nicely decorated, very well cleaned, all properly disinfected, the fig shower gel is amazing. The location, I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it is in the middle of the old town, you walk outside the hotel and the lake is on the right hand side right in-front of you. The staff were super nice, friendly, smiling and helpful and I mean all of them, including the kitchen staff. Breakfast is nicely done and very fresh as well. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel, I was well treated there, the receptionist saw how tired I was after a long drive from Lugano and she was very patient with us. I definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel Weißen Kreuz is the oldest inn in the city of Luzern, which still exists under the same name. My boyfriend and I were very satisfied with this hotel and their service in general. It's located at the very heart of the city, it's a 5 minute walk going to the main train station and just a minute walk to Kapellbrücke. Every morning we look forward to the breakfast, two thumbs up for this due to the variety and freshness of what they serve. The reception is multilingual and very accommodating. The room is also superb, highly recommendable to everyone who would like to see Luzern.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for a week while on our honeymoon . Centrally placed in Lucerne. The room on the first floor was fabulous, and we felt that the sounds of nearby restaurants and the church bells added to the overall ambience of our stay. Everything we needed in our room, which was kept immaculate by the lovely staff each day. We had a lovely time and would love to go back one day. Thank you
