Perfect traditional hotel in the heart of New Forest, lovely location, beautiful surroundings and perfect staff-thank you for an extra servis, those lovely staff will do everything for you will be definitely back very soon and explore more around :)

We decided to take my mother in law away for a few days, We had 2 rooms close together and the rooms were amazing clean comfortable and spacious, we will be returning, the breakfasts were great just the right size served hot. The staff were all brilliant and nothing was to much for them. Looking forward to our next trip down to the New forest and staying in this hotel. It might be small but the whole experience was amazing. There is as saying you meet as strangers and leave as friends this exactly how we all felt. Thank you all for everything you do.

Our first impression was dubious from outside. But once inside all our fears were dispursed. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. When we entered our room we were very happy . Bed very comfy, sofa area to watch tv and a garden area to sit and topped off with a acuzzi bath. Breakfast was good. A very present experience. I would definitely come back if I was in the area.

We stayed for a long weekend second time been here and had a lovely downstairs en-suite room with a sofa ! Very relaxing breakfasts yummy and the hotel is well placed to walk in to the forest or into Lyndhurst. Whilst we did not take a dog this is a dog friendly hotel Recommended

Quiet, relaxing hotel Location is perfect, clean dog friendly hotel. Staffs are wonderful with quite appealing hospitality and marvelous environment with peace. Rooms were large, comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was very fresh. We will certainly return

We stayed at the Ormonde House for 3 nights. The hotel location is perfect, only minutes away from a really nice Italian restaurant or less than 10 minutes to the town centre. The hotel has a nice car park. We booked a room with a jet bath a.k.a jacuzzi, which unfortunately we did not have time to use it, were too busy having good times. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Maddie at the Reception desk, Karen was serving at the bar, and putting the birthday banner at the breakfast table for our group, thank you Karen, top lady you are! Raj & all team working hard to make our stay enjoyable. Perfect hotel for our need ( bike storage is available. Definitely we will come back to try your famous curry! Thank you for the lovely stay.

My family and I stayed one night at the Ormonde House Hotel at the end of August 2024. Our rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and one room had a large jacuzzi bath. The central location of the hotel is great with easy access to explore the New Forest and surrounding area. We received excellent service from the friendly staff and owner. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the New Forest and Lyndhurst, or even Southhampton, which is only around 15 minutes away by car. We will return next time we are in the New Forest area.

A really lovely hotel. We go every year for August Bank holiday. We always find the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a good standard. They do a great breakfast and we enjoy a curry when we stay. We look forward to staying next year and have already booked.

We had a fantastic time again. The staff were so friendly and helpful.This is my second stay which very lovely.The room was comfortable and clean. The food was very good very nice choice. we both loved the cooked breakfast to this hotel value for money. We would highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay in the Ormonde Hous hotel. The Staff was very friendly and helpful.The room was clean and well decorated. We had a best time with quality breakfast. Which was a lovely option. 5 star everything Will definitely stay again.

We revisited the new forest and stayed once again at Ormonde house. The staff were very friendly and informative when suggestion things to do with my boys. The room was large, clean and comfortable. It was really nice to have a fully cooked breakfast with a excellent coffee.

This is my third time staying here ,because loved this place .the staff were friendly and attentive,the room was nice and clean. The location is perfect,just a short walk from the heart of lyndhust and new forest. We booked the same room for this November Highly recommended

Our second visit and this year was even better than last. The staff are really lovely and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble and always a smile on everyone's face. Breakfast was really good 😋 Under 10 minutes walk and you are in Lyndhurst high street. Great to have the outside terrace for a few drinks. Came for the Beaulieu Supercar Weekend and met some lovely fellow guests. Would come again! Thank you for a fab long weekend!

My friends and I stayed at Ormonde House Hotel for a few nights, and we were very pleased with our experience. The rooms were lovely and spotless. We had dinner one evening, and the food was excellent, with very reasonable prices. Breakfast each morning was hot and tasty, and although we had to pre-order, we didn’t mind at all. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel. Location, staff and hygiene were superb.
