The Bath Hotel

We spent two nights at The Bath ,a saturday and sunday night as part of an off season deal including evening meal and two brekfasts .We were very impressed with the hotel very clean tidy and full of quirky decor .The staff were very professional smiley and helpful .Our room was warm and comfy and quiet at night .We were particularly impressed by an Australian staff member .She was so helpful and cheerful despite the hotel being so busy.We thought the standard of food was excellent as was the service .We would stay again and wanted to say thankyou to all involved thanks Chris

We arrived at the Bath Hotel, to a warm welcome and that warmth lasted the whole of our weekend visit. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff, friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay at the bath Hotel again.

Thank you Darren, Bek, Maddie and the rest of the crew at the Bath Hotel for making our short stay in Lynmouth so wonderful. Cheery staff, clearly very happy in their roles and lovely facilities - great value. Excellent base for exploring the area and making the most of the sea view.

A first class experience. Staff helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Room warm and clean, bedding high quality. Decor quirky and modern. A complimentary bottle of red wine and two wine glasses in room on arrival. A chiller cabinet on corridors with milk and bottled water available. Also additional tea coffee towels available. Food in restaurant very good. Breakfast choice outstanding and inventive. Good meal in adjoining pub with the most enormous steak and ale pie. Pub warm and friendly with the added bonus of a local Sea Shanty group practising on a Thursday night.

Lovely 2 night stay had a great deal to include bottle of wine on arrival and 2 course meal . The room was lovely and cosy very clean. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast / lunch and evening meal both days as very little open this time of year . Food was excellent this was our 2nd time staying at hotel but have eaten there on many occasions love the hotel and lynmouth for the lovely walks .

We were a party of eight and stayed for 3 nights in the Bath Hotel. Comfortable rooms with delightfully eclectic furniture and views of the harbour. The staff were friendly obliging staff (hats off to Ran, Mara, Beck, Darren and Anastasia). We ate in the hotel's dining room on two occasions and each time we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal (quite an accomplishment for eight!). The breakfast menu was extensive and cooked to order. The position of the hotel is excellent. The only reason I felt I could not rate the hotel as excellent was for two reasons - the fire in the lounge was not kept alight (really cold outside) and the lighting in the lounge was poor for reading.
