Our inviting home boasts brand-new memory foam mattresses, plush couches, and a modern stove for your comfort. Enjoy unbeatable convenience with grocery stores, a mall, and public transport just 1 minute away, and downtown Seattle and Puget Sound only 15 minutes from your door. Our home features high-speed WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a delightful array of children’s toys. The spacious backyard is a haven for relaxation and fun, complete with a gas BBQ, 2 patio tables, rope swings, and a trampoline for the little ones. We’re committed to sustainability, using environmentally friendly cleaning and bath products to ensure a greener stay. We look forward to hosting you! THE SPACE - Step into a serene ocean-inspired decor featuring beaches, boats, and whimsical mermaids in the guest bedroom. Our newly refreshed bathroom includes a soft cloth shower curtain and stylish new fixtures, creating a welcoming and relaxing space. Unwind on our brand-new electric leather couches, perfect for watching birds flutter around the large maple tree outside or enjoying quality time with loved ones. Savor the enticing aroma of coffee brewing from our Keurig-style coffee maker in the fully equipped kitchen, while streaming your favorite shows from your phone to our TV or staying connected via high-speed WiFi. The kitchen is a cook’s dream, complete with a new oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator/freezer, and all the essential utensils, cookware, and condiments. It seamlessly opens to the dining room and living area, making it easy to entertain or relax. The dining room is also a versatile space, ideal for remote work with its high-speed internet, ample lighting, nearby outlets, and office supplies. Our home offers a dedicated master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a second bedroom with a queen, and a third with a sturdy bunk bed. All main beds feature brand-new memory foam mattresses and organic cotton linens. An extra air mattress is available for a seventh guest (stored in the master bedroom closet) and can be set up as needed. For your convenience, we provide extra towels, linens, and a clothing steamer in the bathroom, along with a fire extinguisher, emergency ladder, and medical kit in the master bedroom closet. Our non-smoking home emphasizes environmental responsibility with sustainable cleaning products, eco-friendly bath soaps, and thoughtfully maintained or repurposed furniture. We look forward to welcoming you! GUEST ACCESS - At this property, there are three private living units. The first and second floors of the house are 2 separate rentals and the third is the Host's private RV "Breezy" which is only on the property when the Hosts are in town. They are... CITY ESCAPE - Your unit is the main part of the house on the upper level. Its private access is at the main front door and the unit allows 2 free dedicated parking spaces parked in the driveway closest to the main door. ALDERWOOD NEST - The second unit is a studio apartment on the lower level. Its private access is a door at the back of the house, and this unit allows 2 free dedicated parking spaces parked in the driveway furthest from the main door. SHARED SPACES - The backyard with swings and an outdoor table and chairs with an umbrella, the front yard, and the drive. COMMUNITY - The surrounding neighborhood and community is a standard open neighborhood with a quick drive or walk to retail, restaurants, grocery, civic, and freeway entrances. There is a nice children's park just a few blocks away. OTHER NOTES - We are looking forward to a brand new deck sometime shortly. Meanwhile, the deck is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience and I am sure you will still fully enjoy your stay. Meanwhile, you can enjoy the beautiful backyard through the access at the east side of the home.
