A great B and B right in the centre of Lynton. Very well run with friendly hosts, clean well-decorated rooms and superb breakfast. The house is very quiet and relaxing. There is limited parking at the property but plenty nearby in Lynton. Liked the bird wallpaper! Many thanks.

Enjoyed another fantastic stay at Southcliffe. Everything is sparkling clean, crisp bed linen and fluffy white towels. Excellent breakfast choices, something different for every day and lovely freshly prepared fruit salad to start. Amazing friendly hosts from the moment you arrive, thanks again James and Stuart

We arrived just before 7pm and Stuart was waiting and made us feel very welcome. We were in room 1 with a balcony and it was a very nice room. Absolutely wonderful bathroom with a lovely shower. Our breakfast orders were given in for the next morning. A restful sleep was had, it’s a quiet area and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast both mornings was well received, great variety to choose from too. When back in Lynton, and who wouldn’t return, this is our new go to choice for accommodation.

We stayed for one night at Southcliffe and we will definitely be back. Great location in Lynton with access to all sorts of shops, restaurants and local picturesque places. Super comfortable bed, lovely room with en suite shower (we had the balcony room), brilliant hosts and fantastic breakfast options. Big shout out to Bryan, James and Stuart for creating a really restful and beautiful b&b ❤️

This is the second time I have stayed at Southcliffe and it is one of the best B&B's I have stayed in. The decor is stunning, facilities are great, breakfast is delicious and the owners James and Stuart are lovely! I will definitely be staying again!

Warm and comfortable room, well stocked with tea/coffee and bathroom products. Soft sheets. Lovely and quiet. Stuart is a friendly helpful host and James cooks super breakfasts. Easy walking distance to everything in town. A perfect place to stay.

This is an exceptional b&b in a beautiful part of England. It has been carefully refurbished and retains many original features. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and very quiet. The breakfasts are wonderful. The selection is good and items are well cooked and presented. The hosts were friendly and were very helpful with suggestions regarding the local area. We would definitely make a return visit.

Outstanding stay at Southcliffe B&B. The room was immaculate and clean and the balcony in room 1 was a lovely place to have a glass of wine. Good choice for breakfast which was tasty, well presented and hot. Hosts were very accommodating and had good knowledge of the local area.
