I like this hotel! Very convenient and easy for shopping! It is clean and smells good.

Superb room and service. Friendly and understanding staff (especially the morning breakfas crew who came out to inform us the breakfast is ready). Nice smart tv and provided heater/ fan on request.

Got a free upgrade to junior suite

I don't understand how this can be a 4 star hotel, honestly... What a waste of money. There is absolutely no service, trip mentions a spa but there is none. Literally nothing but your small room in this hotel. Not even a nice smoking area, you basically just go outside the hotel, the street is filthy. The room wasn't very clean, no bath, and you have to go to the reception to ask for a toothbrush ! The elevator is quite scary. I feel this is so overpriced, i feel the standard in France used to be higher...

Good location for train

위치가 정말 좋은 곳이었어요. 쇼핑몰이랑도 가깝고 올드리옹이랑도 가깝고 기차역이랑 더 가까워서 체크아웃하고 기차역 가는데 정말 금방 갔답니다.

凌晨辦的入住，前台黑人小哥的操作不熟練，搞了10分鐘左右才辦理完成。 哥們英語也不能自如地表達，説了一串，“説需要付currency，因為你要住3天，防止你拿走酒店東西，需要信用卡預付150歐” 酒店設施整體不錯。就是浴室連個門都沒有，而且浴室地板很滑。 交通很方便，樓下就有電車。

酒店所處的里昂市中心地段，周圍交通便利。我們的房間在30樓左右，視野極佳，里昂市區、富維耶山一覽無餘、風景極美。客房乾淨整潔，酒店服務也是一流的。

視野很好，早餐不好，電視也不能投屏，網絡比較差，環境還可以，還有39樓電梯有一個壞了，去39樓比較麻煩

位置靠近里昂站，走路就能到。樓下是超大的商場，購物方便。早餐比較簡單。整體入住體驗還行，屋內有辦公桌

房間視野很好，位置很方便，離火車站近，周圍逛也方便，樓下旁邊就是大商場的入口，退税辦理也很方便，酒店工作人員包括早餐的都很不錯，早餐也蠻豐盛而且環境居然開到11點，再懶的人都不擔心時間

酒店位於里昂市區最著名的摩天大樓上，裝修設計感很強，房間視野開闊、風景絕佳。前台很熱情的幫助介紹了推薦餐廳。樓下就有Tramway，公共交通便捷，早餐也十分豐富，超預期的體驗。

酒店樓下就是商場，吃飯購物都很方便，離火車站也很近，俯瞰全城！酒店也很有設計感，夜景也很棒，強烈推薦入住！
