Mode Apartments St Annes

We've stayed previously in the Mode Hotel in St Annes and the B& B in Lytham Square. Thought we'd give these apartments a go. We stayed in apt 4. Free on street parking just outside the property, Lovely entrance, large , spacious modern apt with everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of towels in the bathroom with dressing gowns as well. Great location, a good 5 min stroll into St Annes and about 1hr stroll in to Lytham. Bus stop at the end of the road, bus 11b takes you right into Lytham. We had a lovely stay, thank you. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

I have stayed at numerous Mode venues in both Lytham and St Anne’s and have always found these to be very good. In this instance we stayed at Mode St Annes, and tried Apartment 1 and 4. Apartment 4 was very comfortable with all amenities you’d expect including nice little touches such as an umbrella on the off chance it rains. The apartment is fairly spacious however the bedroom is fairly small and not a great deal of room either side of the bed. Overall it’s good value for money and perfect for a short stay. Apartment 1 is much more spacious and provides the same amenities as apartment 1, however the bedroom is much larger, and the bed seems a little bigger also. The kitchen is a very good size and opens out to the garden which is fantastic on a hot day, allowing you to use the garden seating. Unfortunately the Rattan set in the garden is showing serious signs of wear and tear but other than that it’s nice to have a quiet area to sit and have a drink or quick bit to eat. The lounge is a very good size with ample seating and views of the front garden to quick and easy access to on street parking. The location of the apartments is fantastic and it’s just a few minutes walk into St Anne’s. Overall they both proved great value for money, are very clean and comfortable and the area is nice and quiet of a night. I’d be more than happy to stay again.

We stayed in the cottage - 3 good sized en suite double bedrooms. Great, user friendly check in and out service. Well located, equipped and very clean. Highly recommend. Have family in the area and will definitely visit again.

Amazing place to stay. The apartment was very large and spotlessly clean. Kitchen equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay, and nice touches like tea and coffee pods. Huge bed which was really comfy and lots of drawers for your clothes in the bedroom. Lounge was huge and had a top of the range Tv with all your apps. Overall it felt like a luxurious stay. Tried many places in Lytham and St Annes, but this is certainly the best.

We stayed 2 nights in the new cottage at Mode Apartments. And overall had a very pleasant stay. We were due to have 2 apartments but after speaking to them, they kindly did us a good deal on a stay in the cottage for 2 nights. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 storey property, all rooms are en-suite. You have a large living area with a lounge and kitchen and small outside dining area. The property all felt new, in fact when we arrived, work men were still working in the apartments next door. The place is finished to a high standard with good quality fixtures and fittings, it makes good use of technology throughout the cottage. The downstairs area did feel a little exposed when we were sat in the living room, you have no blinds or curtains so you feel like others can look in, not a major issue. Also with the door locking system you have to assume the front door is locked as when you open from inside it always opens. There is a level Of comfort that comes from pulling a door handle and checking it’s locked (this might have been our stupidity, missing something). There was loads of cookware, cutlery and crockery, but the mugs were sooo small! They were very nice and I’m sure if we were sat outside a Parisian cafe in June, they’d be perfect, but after a day in the chilly Lancashire weather, it would have been nice to have a more substantial brew. We were drinking 2 cups at a time. Of course this is all nitpicking, the property is really nice and the staff we dealt with before arriving were not excellent. It was a good location and a superb holiday home.

Fabulous apartment just for me and my little girl,guy at arrival let us in early and then advised on what to do / where to go … clean, lovely and will be back for a girls weekend !! Great location absolute diamond of a place .

Lovely apartment, very comfy large bed, everything you need in the kitchen. In a good location, quiet area, parking on the road outside. Within walking distance into St Anne’s. Public transport on the main road at the top of the road. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Really lovely apartment for an overnight stay in this area, would use Mode apartments. Easy check in and check out, really clean and peaceful. Plenty space for parking on residential street, fresh clean bedding, towels and robes.

Enjoyed our stay in no 5 whenwe were down for a family Xmas. Apartment was ideal, good size and had everything we needed. We usually stay in the Mode hotel but as it was closed over xmas we opted for the apartment. Definitely worth a return.
