ICom Marina Sea View

We stayed at Icom Hotels in Masfushi this August, and it was a great experience. The warmth of the staff made us feel welcome from the start, starting with the hospitality of the housekeeper up to Ali Adam, the General Manager, whose support and guidance made our stay feel like home. The company also offers trip services, which was perfect for us as active travelers. We enjoyed exploring the area and appreciated the recommendations for various activities. Finally, we’d like to extend our gratitude to Moosh, who took great care of us and was an incredible guide in helping us conquer the ocean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the attentive service. We look forward to coming back!

A comfortable room and bed. A small balcony that we used just to dry clothes. A nice view of the marina area with lots of boats coming and going. Good service from all staff. Shower was clean but temperature couldn’t be regulated easily. The hotel is at the further end of the island away from the bikini beach and the more touristy area, which was about 10 min walk away. Lots of construction happening around the whole island.

This hotel is old. Looks nice in the pictures but in the reality needs to be renovated. There is a humidity and rooms were smelling awful. There is a construction next to the hotel and we were waking every morning at 7 from noices. Breakfast was poor. In my opinion this is a 2 star hotel. I had another issue with them.I have booked 3 nights in their hotel but couldn't stay the first night as my airline has rescheduled the flight. Even though I had a proof of it, the hotel has charged me for the first night. I don't think it's fair as the hotel wasn't fully booked. So all they wanted is to earn as much as possible from their clients. So be careful try to not pay them in advance. If something occures then forget about your money.

I stayed here for five days as part of my trip around the Maldives. I must say that the staff were incredibly friendly and polite and the location was very good. The room itself was quite basic but had the necessities. The food was decent and overall impression on arrival was great. My main issue was that the air conditioning unit leaked. We had multiple ‘fixes’ and ‘maintenance efforts’ over this tie and I was only allowed a room change for one night. I checked with my families room unit and that was also leaking, nothing major but a slow and steady drip. In my opinion accidents happen which is ok but for this to drag on was not acceptable and should have been immediately rectified or a new room allocated. I was not after an upgrade, simply to have the room I paid for without having to face a choice between no aircon or water leaking on you at the desk. I did feel bad and like I was constantly having to force the issue instead of the hotel taking the initiative and moving me until it was resolved.

Icon marina sea view rooms are very small in size. Location is approx 500 m. From main beach. Breakfast is average.

It's a really very good experience. Staff was very kind and helpful. Specily thanks to rozi and malini both of them are really good. The room is clean and every day house keeping staff re-had decorate our room. Food was good, and the vegetarian food options were very less. I suggest pls add more options for vegetarians. I really recommend this hotel
