The hotel is in a nice location, right next to the beach so that’s a plus.

- Reception was ok, lots to improve. Starting by how difficult was to book the transfers, I tried calling multiple times on different days and different times and never got an answer, I would like to think I had the wrong number (google maps). Island tour on arrival it wasn’t given as an option as we were tired, we would’ve liked to decline it. We arrive before the standard check-in time so we understand if we can’t check in until the standard time. We were in the lobby for more than 10mins and we didn’t know if we had to wait 10 more mins or 2 more hours, we weren’t given a time to go to the room until we asked. Therefore we when grab a bite and came back later to go to the room (all this didn’t make my trip any less better but could be avoided in future). Front office team was great and attentive as they always smiled and greeted us, and asked if help was need it.
- Restaurant was ok, food wasn’t the best and not to mention that the pizza is not made there. Breakfast options weren’t too many and lack some taste, some of the pastries were definitely made a few days back as they weren’t good at all. The omelettes were pretty good. The staff was very nice and polite in every interaction.
- Room is nice and clean and very spacious with great view. The amenities in the room are almost none. It would be nice to have some minibar with drinks and snacks. Bathroom amenities were poor as well, no shower cap, no cotton buds, no dental kit.
I also inquired a higher room category for better comfort but I was told there wasn’t any. Unsure if there wasn’t any other category available or I was at the highest.
Very nice hotel and very nice people working there but lacking little things that make huge difference.
