很完美的度假酒店，酒店很新，設計理念也很新，所有設施都很高級。食物也很好吃，品種齊全。 住的是220室的水上屋，他們家的水上屋是帶按摩浴缸的。我感覺按摩浴缸比帶泳池還要實用，海里游泳回來直接泡個熱水澡，完美！ 附送的鐵板燒出乎意料的好，是帶互動表演的那種形式。來自菲律賓的大廚技藝精湛，一次服務一桌大約6.7個客人，每個人都吃的很開心…… 相對不足的就是島上的中文服務相對於國內客人的比例來説還是少了一些，畢竟每天用自己的塑料英語對付咖喱英語是有那麼點兒痛苦的……可以考慮增加一些中文菜單啥的。 總的來説還是超nice 的酒店，我女兒走的時候都快戀戀不捨的哭了，還特意吩咐我給他們家打6星好評^_^

From the minute you step off the seaplane you are speed boated to paradise. This is our sixth visit to the Maldives all to different resorts, but we won’t be going anywhere else anymore. This small island is a paradise with 5 star service and quality. It has a very intimate feel, but yet every thing is still on hand. The choice of dining is vast, and quality of food amazing. Great water-sports and spa services all available. Rooms are first class and spotless, the sunset water pool villa are off the scale. I hope I remember to thank everyone who made us feel so welcome, however special thanks to: Ali the best smelling food and beverage director ever. Joy, Mizy, Victoria, stafe, shinaz, aslif, rizan, naseed,to name just a few…..sorry for those missed because everyone deserves a mention. Sebu, Zack, Ali and Franca at water-sports too. And Jinah of course for hosting us perfectly We will be back next year!! Martin & Heidi

Our 10th visit to the Maldives since 2005. Different island every time and all memorable in many ways. I don’t normally review resorts but I’m making an exception this year as this we could break with tradition and return to here. It may help those who are pondering on where to go and is it worth the expense. The simple answer is Maafushivaru and yes. No airbrushed photos required for this place. It is as seen. The accommodation, in our case a beach pool villa, was fantastic and located next to a shallow lagoon. There was a sea wall barrier between this and the outer reef but something has to be done to stop the erosion and most islands do the same. Some spots around the resort were better for sea-life and snorkelling with a high variety of fish including sharks and rays. We went Dine Around All Inclusive which gave us access to the a la carte restaurants. Food was second to non throughout. The Koffee and Chill cafe is a brilliant place made that bit more special by Aminul who was great fun and tried his hardest to increase my weight. Good Dive Centre with a variety of excursion’s available. Finally, but by no means least, I will mention the people who helped make our stay so enjoyable. Nabeel did a great job organising our itinerary. Vialli the bar manager was that bit special. MJ and Naseed in the Restaurant, Pradip and Joy who both seemed to help out everywhere and Adam who was our ‘bed artist’ all deserve a special mention. To be fair all the staff deserve praise. We have come to consider the Maldivian Islands as an example of perfect service. Thanks to all for making our stay exceptional.

We had a fantastic time at outrigger in March 2025 and spent 4 days there. The staff were outstanding and made us felt so at home. Joy was especially amazing and remembered all of our kids names and made us feel like family. The over water bungalows are perfect and we swam out the the house reef every day and saw countless fish, baby sharks, sting rays and squids. It’s like having an aquarium in your back yard. We also went diving with the dive team at outrigger and there were fantastic. Franci was so nice and enthusiastic and made us feel so safe. Jacob was also great with our youngest daughter as she did her discovery dive and now she wants to be an open water diver! The restaurants were excellent as well and we had the full meal plan. We dined at all of the restaurants and especially liked grill and the Japanese restaurant. Our only feedback is that the cocktails were a bit too sweet and could be toned down in sugar. The wine selections however were great and had a nice structure and body. Great choices. Overall I would highly recommend Outrigger to families with tween/teenaged kids like we had. The kids loved spending time at the pool tables and mini put as well and our time flew by. Also thanks to Moosa for taking care of everything logistically for us and it was so seamless.

We spent a week at Outrigger Maldives on a family vacation, and it was a wonderful holiday. The resort was very well maintained, with spacious rooms equipped with all the accessories you might need—we even had our own Bluetooth speaker! The hotel restaurants offered a wide selection of food, ranging from international dishes to Asian cuisine and local Maldivian specialties. The lunch restaurant had a special offer every day, allowing us to try new flavors. Our best dining experience was the teppanyaki dinner, where the chef prepared food right in front of us. Around the hotel, we found a clean, well-maintained beach without any seaweed on the shore. The crystal-clear water and in-house reef, accessible by swimming, were amazing. We saw many fish, sharks, and even a turtle! A special thanks to Dimitri, who personally took care of us throughout our stay, and to Manager Mr. Guillaume for his client-oriented attitude and dedication to resolving any inconvenience. To sum it up, we had a wonderful week at Outrigger Maldives, filled with relaxation and great memories. Many thanks!

If I could score the Outrigger 6 stars instead of 5 then I would. It is a beautiful resort, and every positive and glowing comment on TripAdvisor is well-deserved. Such a lovely location, such friendly staff, such beautiful rooms, and such amazing food. Best curries I have every had in my entire life are served daily in the Cuisine Gallery buffet. But it is much more than that, it is a buffet serving the most impressive range of international cuisine, with an ever changing selection of delicious food. We were half-board and also visited Art-I-San restaurant for a lovely meal on one night. I guarantee that on half-board you will never be hungry. We spent 3 nights in a water-villa-with-pool and 4 nights in a beach-villa-with-pool. I think variety this suited us very well. The whole resort has a sophisticated but unpretentious luxury feel, and is successfully casual with it, creating a very relaxed vibe everywhere you go. There's a great pool (in reality it is bigger than it looks on hotel photographs I think) amazing snorkelling right "on your doorstep" so to speak, a good gym, and all staff, without exception, are so friendly they make your stay a really personal affair. Kim deserves special mention for looking after us so well, as do Sashi and Milo in the Cuisine Gallery. Definitely we want to return. Damian and Louise
