My wife and I were very happy that we selected this hotel in Maastricht. It’s perfectly located in the heart of the historic centre on the lively Vrijthof square. The shopping streets are just around the corner. We were located in the annexe at the back of the hotel (quiet rooms). We had a large King room with a convenient bathroom (spacious shower) and the large bed was very comfortable. Breakfast (separately payable) was also very good. For those with lots of luggage, there’s a convenient elevator and large cupboard in the room. We didn’t use the hotel’s parking facilities but there’s a large (quite expensive €35/day) underground parking under the Vrijthof. We however arrived on a busy Sunday afternoon and when entering the city centre it was indicated the Vrijthof parking was full, so we parked our car on a huge (and much cheaper €16/day) parking, called Frontenpark (700m from the hotel, but that worked perfectly, even with a large suitcase). Briefly: this is a perfect address for your stays in Maastricht!

Great location at center of old-town Maastricht. Room was large, sunny and comfortable. Staff as friendly and attentive. Easy 15 minute walk from the station. Good value—paid less here than for other comparable rooms in Belgium and Netherlands. Variety of breakfast alternatives available—all tasty. Don’t pay too much more for a room overlooking the square since the view is somewhat obstructed.

This is a great boutique hotel right in the heart of beautiful Maastricht. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge shower and patio doors opening to the terrace. The location is perfect, looking out to the Vrijthof. Lots of lovey bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. It’s easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff who helped enhance our very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Maastricht.

Situated directly at the Vrijthof and just a jump away away from the underground Q-Park. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Clean. Great bed. Nice breakfasts a la cart. Unfortunately no vegan options yet... the waiter however thinks it's a good suggestion. Would be happy to stay here next time. My recommendation.

We are going to a big concert in Maastricht in july (2023), where lots of people will be attending, so I booked this hotel on *********** since they offered a superb location and at the same time cheaper price that other hotels for the specific date. Half an hour after receiving confirmation of the reservation per mail and a welcome mail from the hotel itself, I was called from the reception at the hotel and told that they had no rooms available on the date that I wanted. Apparently they had made a mistake with their "availability on *********** so now they had to cancel guests". The excuse came across as odd to me because all other hotels in Maastricht at that specific date had higher prices than them on ***********, so I got a sense that they just forgot to adapt their prices on the site, and now the revenue management suddenly realised that they could get much more for their rooms due to the big number of guests coming to town for the concert. The concert dates was announced a week earlier, so they had plenty of time to adapt either availability or prices it would seem. But now, I have to cancel my booking and go for the higher priced hotels because the options are now super limited. So they cost me money basically due to their poor handling of their own accommodation.
