Our fave hotel to stay every time we visit Clark. Kinda bit disappointed because of the volume of people who are checking in and checking out. Kinda chaotic. But Breakfast buffet are the best. Cant wait to be back and hoping for a smooth checkin nextime. Thank you

Royce hotel listing is misleading. When you book through Trip.com is the old hotel not the want which is new with casino

This is our 3rd time to book. We keep coming back because of the whole ambiance of the hotel! Everything is so new and clean with exceptional service from the staff. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet due to the wide selection of food.

Regretful, now i believe the reviews are true. I should have listen. The hotel is really ancient like pyramids and for demolition. not worth coming back. I got a room view with all the aircon and kitchen exhaust system. The noise and steam is terrible. You cant sleep. Worst the frontdesk insist all rooms have those kind of condensers outside. The towel are hard and smells like wet dog . The buffet is limited variety taste bad. The dessert is dissapointing about 4 patries to choose , all ordinary breads . Casino slot machines are all the same Boring. Nothing here but waste of $.

The hotel lobby looks really good, the room we got is spacious as well and it is nice looking. We ate at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel lobby for lunch too and it was fine, nothing special to be honest, then for dinner we went to 21 All Day Dining and it was really good. The food was just fine, the options are quite limited in my opinion although the staff are friendly looking so we’ll book again for our next family trip.

We had a comfortable stay though there was a long queue at the check in because of an event. The room and bed was spacious.

Excellent location, nice and friendly staff (esp Front Desk, guards, housekeeping). Pro tip: If you want to use the pool, book the rooms that says "Premiere". The Deluxe rooms are in the old tower. The old tower is still ok though, you can ride their golf cart if you want to go to the new tower and parking (available 24hrs). Breakfast is superb! Very near restaurants, fast food.

we ended up in the old building. thin walls so you can hear other units noise. pool access is a hassle you have to walk to the new building. most of the time frontdesk is unresponsive to you calls if via phone. overall disappointed and such a waste of money

Im booked at the old Royce earlier today. I must say The service is of good standard. I would commend the front desk Joycel for being considerate on my companion senior citizen that was tired of long travel. She gave us a room at 12 lunch time.
