Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort recensioner

We booked the room with the breakfast but it wasn't recorded properly. We had a bit of inconvenience trying to show the booking details again to get the breakfast but the front office personnel was able to resolve it well. I hope there will be a better way of coordinating with Trip.com and the hotel itself.

The room was good and clean. The toilet needs upgrading to low flush, uses a lot of water and do not flush properly.Other than that it was good.Food service was excellent, the food was ok.

Top notch service as expected. We’d love to go back again.. loving the hotel vibe and the room shower gels and lotion match my taste.

Our stay in Hilton Clark was very pleasant. I can’t stress about how friendly the staff was, they were really helpful, gentle and polite (despite my toddler son having some tantrums). The hotel overall was very clean, fragrant, posh and well kept. Upon entering, there's a small Duty Free store selling fragrances, wines, chocolates, bags and jewelries. Reception is at the 3rd floor and you have to take a long escalator. There's also a small casino but we didn't check it out. Welcome drink was superb! It's worth it to claim as it was really good. We also then availed of their buy 1 take 1 happy hour promo. The room was cozy and the pool was super clean and nice. Wifi's fast. The pool water felt fresh and I think they have another way of maintaining since there's no smell of chlorine at all. Kuya lifeguard was also very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good! They offer not just black coffee but also the likes of latte & cappuccino. Hot choco taste legit! Bacon is also offered soft or crispy. Food is good. What I liked most in this hotel is the amenities for kids and their regard for safety. Apart from the 2-feet pool, they also have an outdoor playground, a spacious kid's area for biking where kids can choose 3 types of vehicle, a helmet provided, and most of all, they have a spacious indoor kid's playroom as an alternative activity area when it's scorching hot outside. Be sure for kids to wear shoes when they go biking and socks for the indoor play area. I also appreciated their attention to the kids' needs in that they have room slippers on kid size! Our daughter was so glad about it and said Hilton Clark is now her favorite hotel. Overall, it was indeed a very pleasant stay!

Spacious and new hotel. Offer buy 3 get 1 free dinner buffet. Breakfast is good too.

The Hilton at Sun Valley Clark is a welcome treat for travellers staying in Clark Special Economic Zone. A bit pricey but its worth it. Rooms are spacious and clean. Amenities are top notch. Will definitely stay there again.

Big rooms. Kids enjoyed the pool and playground. There is a duty free in the ground floor and of course, a casino.

It was windy when we came there. Our room was very clean. Staff were nice. Over all, this hotel is amazing.

Service was really bad. I booked a room for 1 night for 3 adults. We were given 1 king bed that obviously will not fit us. It was only during check-out that they explained that they should have provided additional matress. Its good that I was in a friend's wake the whole night, but the 2hrs of sleep in the morning was hassle because I have to share the bed with my 2 big son. They did not review my booking. Even the toiletries were good for 2 pax only.
