Very nice, excellent room, nice pool, friendly staff. Very nice. Beach is a bit dark.

環境：酒店內部是一個大花園，往裡走就是沙灘。很舒服的，下雨也是美的。但同樣因為植被多，壁虎和蚊子也多。 特色：可以嘗試一下spa，在花園的涼亭做spa，閉上眼睛有風，鳥叫和蟬鳴。價格美麗，最貴的一百人民幣，一個半小時。精油加磨砂，就是涼亭在外面，帷幕有一點黑，閉眼享受就是了。 衞生：房間和整體都是乾淨的，建議自己帶浴巾。出海可以帶酒店的，洗完後用自己的。酒店浴巾有點發灰乾澀，沒有配拖鞋。 服務：服務很好，酒店前台可以訂車去景點，也可以幫租車等等。餐廳的食物也還可以，安靜得在酒店呆一天很舒服。

本來環境挺好的（劃重點前後就這一家獨立酒店出行靠車）13號參加了科莫多龍的行程，13號晚和14號全天都在酒店休息，結果在14號晚上11點爆發了****，全程用餐明細和證據鏈完整。15號就醫打點滴，整個人虛脱到無法站立，醫生開的證明就是****。酒店拒不承認是酒店用餐還顛倒黑白説我是14號參加的行程。攜程溝通後酒店衹賠了一餐餐費，攜程態度很好溝通也不錯不怪平台。整個過程經理態度都極其惡劣，證據明顯的情況還給我破臟水。我會繼續在印尼旅遊局投訴這家酒店

去科莫多島的落腳酒店，訂它因為家庭別墅比較寬敞且價格實惠，沒抱太大期待，去了之後倒是挺驚喜的。它是兩間單卧別墅中間連通，一邊是kingsize大床，一邊是兩張大單人床，各有一間大浴室互不幹擾，浴室頗有spa感。是環保酒店，房間提供一個大玻璃瓶的水，每天灌滿，喝完可以自己去餐廳或前台接水。早餐自助，東西基本夠吃，可以現做各種蛋、華夫餅煎餅，有麪包水果蔬菜魚肉雞肉，炒飯炒麪，果汁牛奶麥片，基本上該有的都有。早餐6點就開始供應，我們6：30出發一日遊也有時間去餐廳吃早飯。如果出發更早，前一天晚上可以訂早餐盒。餐廳是在户外海邊，風景好，蚊蟲多。餐不貴，有西式和本地風味，本地菜相當便宜，西餐也不貴，味道中規中矩，挺乾淨的，我們幾天晚餐都在酒店解決，加冰塊飲料也喝了，沒有腸胃問題。晚7點有現場音樂演奏。酒店有個小泳池，一邊淺水一邊深水，深的那邊有1.8米的樣子，小孩玩夠用。 距離鎮上比較遠，其實就3km，但買東西沒那麼方便。白天上山下海的活動旅行社都包接送，所以感覺還行，下午送我們回酒店我們會問司機在超市門口停一下，我們買點需要的東西。 最後一天去機場用的酒店送機，75k，比外邊司機便宜，外邊要價100k。 推薦帶小孩的家庭住，年輕人住這可能會有些無聊。

國內外酒店住了不是一家，頭回遇到沒有電視，也沒有Wi-Fi的酒店，這是逼着住客天黑就睡覺呀，而且床單還有污漬，現讓他們給換的，給的牙膏也擠不出來

環境很好，乾淨切衞生間很大，洗漱方便，後面有海灘，晚霞很美

I checked out a lot of places in Flores before honing on this one and satisfied with my choice. The staff was very responsive in the run up to our visit making it so much easier to make decisions and bookings. Staff on site did not disappoint - from the front desk to the restaurant. Very friendly. Very helpful. Rooms were spacious, airy. No TV - but I have no issue with that. Could have done with a few amenities such as body lotion, creamer for coffee, instant coffee or a proper pot in which to brew coffee. I much prefer ground coffee but I simply cannot have it stirred in a cup. This probably was my major grouse. The food and service at the restaurant was good. I also used the spa service - an out sourced service, out in the garden in curtain cubicles. Very good and reasonably priced. Pretty much a good stay!

I rated this resort a 4 only because of its overall location and room luxuriousness. The grounds are really well kept and beautiful and the service is super friendly and caring. Food in the restaurant is good and we enjoyed the live keyboard player playing classic show tunes. It’s great value for the money. Rooms are clean, very large, and comfortable. I would not classify them as luxe but has everything you need except maybe hair conditioner. We did not go in ocean water, it looked very calm but we had no time and there was a lot of trash on beach outside of the hotel area so not sure how clean it is. The hotel beach is immaculate but I would not say the prettiest beach around.

Rooms were clean and large, they have everything that you need. Food at the restaurant was excellent. Most importantly the staff is over the top helpful and friendly. I lost my wallet in the taxi from the airport. Osen, Albian and Segit were amazing, they mobilized a network of people and the taxi driver appeared with his family at the hotel to drop off my wallet a few hours later.

Great stop off hotel if you are traveling through Labuan Bajo. V fair prices and friendly staff. Rooms are fairly modern, with good facilities. Pool area is good and near the beach. Restaurant is also fine. Hotel is a little out of LB, it would not be possible to walk in, so you would need a taxi.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is great. Buffet Breakfast was really good, egg station, pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit and more. The restaurant good value good. It's 3km out of town. We walked in but they can arrange scooter hire too.

We spent a month and a half in Labuan Bajo and more than half of that time at the Hotel Puri Sari. First things first: the staff at the pool, in the restaurant, from housekeeping or at reception were totally committed and professional. Everyone was always super accommodating, friendly and open-minded! For example, we easily extended our stay on site and got a fair price. We were even rebooked into a villa at no extra charge when repair work was due in the main building at the end of the season. We could always rely on the receptionist Osin and the manager Sigit. Our room was very spacious and always clean; everything worked perfectly! The restaurant was very good in terms of price and portions, as was the service. The hotel ambience was really quiet and relaxed with its direct location on the beach. The pool was also nice and deep and therefore suitable for swimming. Many thanks for the great time to the Puri Sari team, we felt totally at home at all times and will come back! Kind regards Stephan and Sophia

what a fantastic hotel. originally only booked the first two nights of a two week flores tour. but it was so good, that we booked our whole stay. staff and restaurant fantastic and relaxed. just an oasis i. a busy little city. absolutely bent over backwards to change some room dates. when i got bali belly. and had to rejig some tours. will definitely stay here again.

Out of 9 hotels that we stayed in travelling around Bali and Flores this was the best. Stayed 3 nights in 2 deluxe rooms which were very large with big comfy beds , big bathrooms - no bath but excellent shower - and good aircon. Grounds are well maintained and pool is a good size in relation to size of hotel. Hotel is right on the beach with seating great for watching the sunset although the water doesn't look too clean and we didn't see anyone swimming in it. Staff are helpful and friendly and there is a clean water dispenser at reception which always had cold water. Outdoor restaurant area is very attractive and a very good pianist played every night during our stay. Good buffet breakfast. Evening meals were ok and very reasonably priced for such a nice hotel and surroundings but vegetarian options are limited and we did have better food in some other (not so good) Flores hotels. Road outside hotel has a decent pavement all the way into town and is great for a morning run or walk.
