Pensao Elegante(Ruins of St. Paul ) recensioner

Clean and spacious bathroom and bedroom. Two luggages could be opened fully. Good location in a bright alley. Nice staff.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Good location, lots of sights and shops to attend to. The Ruins of St. Paul are very close to the hotel. Service is okay. It's a little bit noisy at night. The room had a TV with a variety of different channels. But there was no microwave or fridge. That's unfortunate because you might need it on your trip. Would recommend staying here for a few nights.

This hotel offers a great value but some of the staff are a little bit cold, however some of them were very sweet and helped me find a taxi so I had to give the service 5 stars. Wifi was terribly frustrating, definitely don’t book this place if you need reliable wifi. Location is good except for the fact that taxis can't reach it and you have to go so far to call a taxi or catch a bus. As a pedestrian for just exploring nearby it's a great location but for arriving and departing it was very inconvenient. All in all, a good choice. It is very clean and comfortable.

the staff were all very friendly and helpful with good advice on where to go and how to get around. the bed was a good bit firmer than I enjoy but that seems to be common in east asia. the location is very central and easy to locate

As I said before, it is a small guest house. Definitely don't have the nice things of a "hotel," but is clean, safe, and quiet. The front desk staff was very helpful. I realized that I needed a copy of my ID for my application (unrelated to the hotel) early in the morning. Photocopy shops will not open until much later in the morning. She helped me make a photocopy of my ID card and refused to accept a payment.

Great location. Close to museums and the old European center. Room with 3 windows, plus one in the bathroom. 2 times I asked a service and it was answered promptly. Lovely ambiance. Unfortunately I had a loud neighbor, TV too loud at 7.30 in the morning. Can happen in any hotel.

We have found an insect in the room during our stay, but thanks for the help of staff, we get away from the insect. Others are fine and good.

Nice place close to san malo and saint paul but hard to find the place when you’re first timee to macau some taxi driver didn’t know the address at 10 tqxi driver we ask at last one know the place but we drop wrong way too far to walk carrying our luggage going up about 15min then when we get there at the hotel we found out the nearest way to drop by taxi in front of san malo then walk about 6min to hotel pensao elegante.

It was a great location near the Ruins of St. Paul's. The room was clean enough but the bed was too hard to sleep on for me.

The place are near in all store and in at.Laurence church or in Brocken church..the staff are good ,clean place and it's because I'm on the 4th floor the room so quite and you can sleep better..

A little gem near the old city and all sort of amenities. The room is clean and comfortable with fresh linen, fresh towels, soap and shampoo. The staff is very kind. I'd definitely stay here next time again!

Great location , though a little hard to find at first. Neither English , not Portuguese is spoken at reception. Unfortunately a woman knocked on my door at 1 am. Otherwise OK.
