excellent view of cotai, staffs are friendly and helpful very high CP value, would definitely come back again

My husband and I went there to celebrate our anniversary. I emailed the hotel days before asking for restaurant recommendations nearby. They gave us several options and helped us made reservations that was very warming. The hotel stuff were nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. The hotel is quite near the shuttle bus lobby for downtown. High recommended and will definitely go again💕

Me and my family really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room is clean and spacious, we loved the breakfast as well. The location is not the center of Cotai Strip, but the shuttle buses make it easy to move around the city!

It's so nice that the hotel offers free room upgrades to fantastic suite for us. The room is large and comfortable. It's excellent.

I stayed here for the first time with my mother and daughter to celebrate my mother’s birthday month. First I was greeted by a door man who was very friendly! The check in line was a bit long and chaotic but once I got my turn, I was impressed by Brandon, the receptionist, who was so efficient, effective and helpful. He also heard about me celebrating with my mother and he upgraded us to special room with massive balcony. I admit I was teary eyed with this kind gestures. The staff during the breakfast time was friendly and gave us the seat with nice view. Concierge staff on the phone was so helpful and we got help with wheelchair. Staff for cloack room were all so kind and my mother was so happy and she said it was the best hotel experience she had so far. Thank you W !
