It is an easy walk to the Macao Outer Harbour for ferries to HongKong. The service was friendly and the room is elegant. There were plenty of choices at the breakfast buffet.

I have stated in this hotel on and off from the time it was first open. Wifi is good, location to St Paul's and many other areas walkable distance from the hotel, Breakfast and dinner buffet very good. Location close to the Macao airport and china gong bei port. Price reasonable, indoor pool and spa, gym is ok for a hotel gym. Only gripe is the tv we had 2 samsung and both had the volume reduced to the point of being useless.

Satisfied here in this hotel. The design is very classy, cleanliness rate 10 the service is very good. Our stay is very comportable.

Staff were kind. The view we had was the best. And the room arrangement was good that we didn’t have any complaints even when we were really noisy. Amenities are good.

The room and view is nice , relaxing . But the location is inconvenient far ( ard 30-45 min ) from all attraction areas.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. The staff were super friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Had a good gym. Would stay again. Minor note maybe improve standard pillows in room

We were being assigned with level 6 room but the room smell really bad. They found another room and reassigned us. Room was much better. Water pressure was allright. They even have pretty delicious egg tarts.

Hotel is near Macau Outer ferry terminal and just opposite Sands hotel, can take shuttle bus to a lot of attractions (Taipa area, boarder gate) at Sands hotel lobby, typical Portuguese style, suite room nice renovated and very spacious with nice harbour view, enjoy the stay very much.

Clean and quiet. Really enjoyed our stay. The bakery downstairs was really good. Recommend the egg tarts!
