Altira Macau

Its our first time checking in , in altira and we were delighted by the good view of the room , everything was clean and organised up to the small detail. Ms.Sally of the front desk was very accommodating , the staff on the floor was very polite by stopping what they are doing and giving us the way . In total our stay was a relaxing and memorable one thank you altira.

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend!** My recent stay at Altira was absolutely fantastic. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm, professional staff named Celine who made check-in seamless, same as my check-out process with Stephen. Thank you to both of you. The room was spacious and beautifully designed with Macau view. The pool was top-notch, the male and female staff were friendly and accommodating (26 May, around 7pm-8pm) and I loved the complimentary drinks on the mini bar in our room (2903), free softdrinks and beers. The hotel location is perfect also with easy access to attractions like Old Taipa Village, to Cotai central, Nova mall and transportation. Overall, Altira exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the hotel delivers five-star service and comfort. I can’t wait to return! :)

Experience was the best. To have many passionate staffs that guided my guest and I, it truly was one of the best hotel stay we have ever stayed in. Truly magical, I will definitely return once again (Tolani Khusbu) to stay for my anniversary with my girlfriend again. Shoutout to the Linda (Front Desk), Winnie (Phone team) and Johnny (Reservations team) for proving an excellent service that made my experience better!  Well done Altira!

Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who made check-in effortless. The lobby’s elegant design set the tone for a high-end experience. My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking panoramic views of Macau’s skyline and bridges. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing restful sleep after busy days exploring the city. The room amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, luxury toiletries, and a well-stocked minibar, added to the comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s restaurants. The cuisine was exquisite, with a perfect blend of flavors and impeccable presentation. The restaurant breakfast also featured a wide variety of international and local dishes, catering to all tastes. The hotel’s spa was a sanctuary of relaxation, offering soothing treatments that complemented the luxurious ambiance. The facilities at Altira Macau were excellent, including a well-equipped fitness center, a beautiful indoor pool, and also a casino for entertainment enthusiasts. Superb experience in this hotel.   First impression to arrive this hotel is very far and not convenient.  It took us two different shuttle bus to arrive.  Once we checked in with the non- smoking room, the central air-conditioning is not that well filter out the cigarette smell from elsewhere.   The staffs from the hotel are very enthusiastically sort out the way to settle our concerns and leave us a very memorable night of the stay.
