Very clean and cosy hotel. A very pleasant stay with very friendly hotel staff.

An amazing hotel with incredible staff. The quality of the finishing and the maintenance of the rooms is impeccable. The staff are exceptionally well trained, and so so helpful. The staff at the lounge is a dream. Concierge with Edel are super professional and helpful. All around an exceptional stay.

First time to use the club facility, it’s very convenient for travelers who doesn’t want to spend time to think about what to eat for breakfast and dinner.

The driver wasn't aware that we have 4 luggage and 5 adults when we stated during the booking but managed to squeeze everything in yhr car

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The location is very convenient and is located in an area with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Our room had a great view and was spacious.

We heard some strange sound (like water drop) every day and night in our room which was quite annoying and there was smoking smell despite we were staying at the non smoking floor. Appreciated if the Hotel Management could aware of the problem.

You can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.

The period we travelled is very crowded as there are many concert happening. The hotel overall is good but don't understand why there are no seats available for elderly people to sit while we check in. Poor elderly have to stand almost 2-3hrs while waiting for check in. Hope hotel should review it.

Lovely stay with a great view during our 2d1n trip to Macau. The casino is linked across all hotels within the area and it was a short walk to taipa village for dinner. See pic for our room view.

Got upgraded to a room with an outdoor pool for free ^^ Very happy about that. Spectacular view, great stay to celebrate a special occasion.

The name of the hotel reservation holder on the site can only be for one person who makes the reservation, but it is a two-person stay, and if the main booker does not arrive first and is late, it is impossible to check in?, What kind of reservation system is this shape? There is no place to list references or recommendations. And after the reservation, these rights do not apply. I will never use this site again
