We enjoy the indoor water park and we ate at GALA RESTAURANT. The service and the food is great at gala. Room and the sevice is perfect. Thank you for the surprised.

Room was great and the decoration is superb. My wife and I really enjoyed the room. Big thanks to housekeeping for very good service and granting all of my request. However I felt a bit annoying when I arrived at the lobby during my check in process. I work for night shift and after work I had to prepare everything to surprise my wife for our anniversary. My struggles and sleepless night is unexplainable. When I came to lobby there’s a long queue for check in then when it’s my turn the receptionist didn’t want to continue my check in process since I don’t bring my passport with me, I only have my bluecard and a picture of my passport. Still he didn’t want to accept. I hope he could’ve make atleast consideration. Imagine that I would have to go back again and again and again. I felt so exhausted, tired and annoyed. Hopefully you can do better next time. But also thanks to the Filipino guy in the reception for showing empathy and kind gesture. If you were not there at that time i dont know what to feel. You make my anger a little less..

My family very much enjoyed this hotel as our first time in Macua. The hotel supported me in upgrading the room could see the Parisian Macao Eiffel Tower. The room is very nice and clean. Every staff member is very kind and friendly. And hotel shutter bus very Convenience, clean and on time. I am just facing duplicate charges, but the hotel is very kind to support me. I suggest to do deposit with cash it may decrease this issue.

Our experience was wonderful! We went to waterpark and dine at the new restaurant in the lobby. Staff were friendly and accommodating especially the housekeeping staff - Bryan - who delivered our kid’s amenities request. He was very helpful and professional. Another housekeeping lady - Deanna - during the turndown was very friendly and professional. All the staff in the lobby restaurant were also friendly and nice to us. They accommodate our request for my kid like providing the baby chair and cookies instead of just the complimentary bread.

Enjoyed my stay very much! Stayed during 11 - 13 May and there wasnt much crowds. A porter was enthusiastic to help us bring our luggages from reception to room without asking. Amenities are good, and for location its probably 1 of the few hotels to link directly to the train. Will visit again! 1st and 2nd photos are the toileteries and toilet, 3rd photo is my view at night.

Great overall experience. The amenities were great. Excellent accomodate and space for kids; the staff were very helpful and friendly. Free popcorn in the lobby and also free drinks and snack in the room. Shuttle bus available to and from the ports.

This hotel is very good, it is quite clean, I can only said it is good to start a day, the juice is also good.
