The St. Regis Macao

We had a wonderful stay at The St. Regis Macao. The place is absolutely amazing, with beautiful facilities and luxurious atmosphere. What made our experience even more special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and took great care of us throughout our stay. Shout out to Sir Francis and Sir Teo of Concierge service! Everything exceeded our expectation, and we truly felt welcomed and valued as guests.

Very warm, attentive, friendly and helpful service staff from the moment we checked in at the reception to the concierge where the smiling staff, Jeffrey, offered to get an umbrella for us when it was drizzling and getting us a cab to travel to our destination. Very generous complimentary pressing service for my clothes and were delivered promptly within a day and placed nicely in my closet. When I requested for a bucket of ice cubes to chill my wine, the service staff even brought in an extra tub of ice cubes in case I needed to put into my drinks. Fresh fruits and bottles of Evian water in our room were provided daily. Personalised message from our housekeeping staff who took the initiative to provide extra bottles of Evian water for our consumption. Late checkout offered by the reception and we were pleasantly surprised and greatly appreciate this kind gesture. Have been to many 5-star hotels but the service here is another level up! Kudos to all the staff at St Regis Macau! Your service is impeccable!

Butler service was good. They were able to meet all my needs. And for the one time it failed, the service recovery was excellent.

The customer service was found good. But the provisions and interior design was observed to be improved.

The room is spacious and clean. Black out curtains and comfortable beds made for a good night’s sleep. Premium in room amenities such as TWG branded tea and Nespresso coffee pods.

Have consistent good performances even though the checking in process (1:30pm till 1:55pm) and the time (3:45pm) to get to the room (#2505) took a bit longer than expectation. Bell captain brought in the stored luggage, then come with Welcome Fruit, then come for 2 bottles of Evian water (which I insisted while Hotel claimed they would not support due to Environmental concerns) plus 2 coffee delivery to the room. Good to receive all these services within 45 mins. The Health Club (with Swimming Pools, Jaccuzi and Sauna Room etc) at 8/F are more than expectation and strongly recommended.
