completely disappointed with cleanliness of the room. dusty and stains around the room. was extremely shocked to see blood stains on bed sheets - called and requested for immediate follow up in the middle of the night but turned out 2 other bed sheets were not any better (one also with blood stains and the other one with a big yellowish stain). finally got a third one bit there were bugs which made me could not sleep at all. disgusting and will never return nor recommend it to anyone!!!

The hotel rooms need to be updated- they’re worse for wear. Stained furniture, holes in towels, stained carpet. The gym is great. But the saving point to this place is the staff - they’re kind and doing their very very best with a hotel that needs work. Honestly I wouldn’t stay here again unless the owners spend some money and refit it. It’s not to the Ascott standard. The hardest part is getting good staff and they have this so it is strange they don’t do some cosmetic updates and bring this hotel up to standard.

Excellent location. Proximity to casinos, tourist sites and restaurants. Outstanding service. Review reports that staff don't speak English are untrue. Every front desk or security staff approached by me, spoke good English. I'll and I have stay here more times. Highly recommended

First time stay in this hotel is close to MGM and main area, convenience for traveller.
Front office and security guard is very nice and helpful.
I can say one of the best hotel in Macau.

Ascott Macau is the hotel that I usually stay at during the past 2 years because its staff are friendly and helpful as well as efficiently .They will accede my request for upgrading the room if possible. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is closed to casinos, restaurants and transportation. I am sure to stay at this hotel on my next trip.
Thanks to the staff handling my check in and check out, both of them are very nice.
