Crowne Plaza Macau recensioner

Standard room with an extra bed on, the Hotel offers a seaview room upgrade for us. The seaview is now a but interrupted by construction sites along the seafront. Spacious amenities, with catering, indoor infinity pool and a cozy gym on 17/F. Corridors are like a maze.

Visiting there to have a concert of Andrea,  Staying in crown plaza hotel, good location and could enjoy many surrounding local food here, recommended!

Perfect stay, thanks for the guys at front desk for the tips about the best activities around Macau city center. Location great, as usual one of the best breakfast you can have.

Good choice, Great service

1. At the time of check-in, I requested a room that was NOT located at the end of the hall, and I got one there! 2. It is very hard to get a taxi, and I needed to ask the concierge to call a taxi each time I needed to go out. 3. The door of the shower closet cannot be closed tightly, leaving a one-cm gap that let water seep out during a shower. 4. The USB charging outlet next to the desk did not work at all. The USB hub on the bedside table was obscure, and I only noticed it when I was about to check out. 5. The electrically operated drapery did not function properly. I needed to pull the curtain slightly before they started to close.

Very nice everything. Staff and everything very good but one security from supplier company working there know me and he said he have all access of my personal information that I provide to hotel staff for registration. It broke my privacy.

Quite good hotel with strategic location, free shuttle bus to 關閘, easy access to macau-china border. A lot of famous and instagrammable restaurants nearby, a few supermarkets nearby, within walking distance.

Never book a long stay, it’s better to book individual day 1 by 1 and then checkout and then get a new room for the next day. They don’t restock minibar and stuff unless you go through the hassle of checking into a new separate room on long stays. Weird policy.

The hotel room felt spacious and new. The view from my room was looking at the construction site infront of the harbour There is not much near by though and there is no casino within the hotel it self. None the less I was happy with my stay

Very good hotel! Room very clean and receptionist was polite! Buffet dinner was good too, there was 20% off for hotel guests! Strongly recommend!

Not the first time stay in this hotel . It’s good for relaxing and have a short trip for recharge Have indoor swimming pool but a bit small, only available for 3 adults … Buffet b’fast worth to try, have lots of choices Taste goods

the hotel staffs are very helpful and polite. The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast and dinner buffets are cost effective and enjoyable.
