We were happy with our stay in Casa Real. The staff were accommodating and they exert effort to help us with the directions within Macau. The rokm is clean and tidy and the beddings are fresh. We generally loved our stay

So good and spacious hotel

Absolute garbage. The poor location was on me, I should have researched the area a bit more and I can't really place blame on the hotel for that. The hotel is essentially a "station" for "gentleman" who would like to peruse the sauna nearby. That's fine too, I'm not judgemental. What I can't suffer, however, is booking a room that is clearly labelled "non-smoking", getting put into a smoking room that smelt *terrible* and being told that there "are no non-smoking rooms available". No conciliatory offers made; none: Just the proverbial shrug of the shoulders. I wouldn't have booked it if I knew they "couldn't" offer a non-smoking room. I'm sure I'll get the standard "thank you for reviewing, we're sorry that...*blah blah blah*" spiel after posting this review, but please, don't insult me with your platitudes. Upon scouring through the, frankly suspect, reviews about what a truly soul-enriching amazing adventure some "people" had in this hotel, it's apparent that the problem with smelly rooms has been going on for years. So let's not insult anyone's intelligence by pretending that you'll "take my suggestions into account". Whilst I'm sure plenty of the clientele who stayed here may have had a "happy ending", my stay was anything but.

Upon entering this hotel,you can feel the exhilarating vibes, and wonderful services!! Hotel accommodation in Macau is very expensive at sometime and I have learned this place so much worth it!i have enjoyed a lot and all is well during my stay here.. The room is big,clean and very relaxing…. The swimming pool is so nice, stress reliever!! The staff are very approachable and kind. The food is so delicious!! Thanks Casa Real….

1. We booked a non-smoking room but the staff gave us a smoking room without informing us, which smelled really bad. But we let it go because we checked in very late at night and wanted to sleep immediately. 2. We found many flying insects in the room, so we checked and found hundreds of pupae on the carpet under the bed. 3. The next day, we contacted the staff to change rooms, but they said the rooms were full and told us to wait until afternoon, and they were not enthusiastic at all. 4. The room we changed to was a non-smoking room, but it was downgraded to a room with no view at all, only the building wall. 5. I recommend that those who are going to stay there find another place.

Just ok  May be it  can be better if they  can help me better  But I like the location over there

Not a bad one. Clean rooms but room service lacks quality. Travel desk is excellent and of great help.

Our check-in with the help of staff 趙嘉敏, just 5mins to get our room and I need to thanks so much for Joel who very care of us. When we check-in he noticed that we had a lugguage with us and told us that just leave it at a distance that can be looked after While check-out he is very patient to listen my comment that the chair in our room one of the leg is not fixed well and he will reflect to the management. Last but not the least that thanks for Ms. Jessy who toke my IDD call for my special request as we are coming from Hong Kong as because we just made booking less than 12hrs before check-in. She really made remarks to my needs and why I know it's her who pick up my call and well prepared a room before our arrival as when we check-out, by a few chit chat and knows that it's her who received my calls and pay attention to our needs.

A standout feature was the bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Macau. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby dining options, a train station, and a bus stop, making travel around the area simple and efficient. Overall, a good choice for solo travelers seeking a convenient and comfortable base for their Macau trip.

A bit old hotel, all facilities in room are very old style. Far to the city area, not much restaurants nearby.
