Very spacious room for family… good location with lots of eateries around. Within walking distance to many tourists spot.. service was great from the staff too.. will definitely be back again☺️

A real classic hotel with an European settiing. Standard rooms we got are small but clean. Easy transfers between hotel and ferry terminal. The Lisboa Hotel is linked to the Grand Lisboa. Very courteous reception.

Awesome! We got the nice view from hotel where we can see the waterfall at wyn hotel! Awesome service too! We can take shuttle bus around

Hotel is having renovation, so abit unconvience. However hotel security & staff is helpful. They are always there to show direction. Room is clean.

Warm welcoming, good Concierge service, good room service/cleaning, good smile, free water, free mini bar stuffs. Gave advice for the tour/trip. Will choose this hotel again if go Macau again in future.

Their bell staff are super cheerful and helpful with the baggages. Although the room looks dated, the bed are quite comfy.

Location is perfect. Service was beyond expectation. Amenities provided was very good. Room is clean and well maintained though little dated. Overall still a pleasent stay. Shuttle service provided too.

Be aware there is no sitting area to wait in the lobby area for the west wing. There is a separate lobby area for the east wing. Rooms are nice. Not a full size bath. Taxi line is located on the north side, and 3 different bus stops are one the remaining sides; the one on the east side is across the street and has the fewest routes stopping through. Shuttles located on the southeast corner. Note that there are 3 Lisboa hotels: Hotel Lisboa, Grand Lisboa (across the street), and Grand Lisboa Palace (another island)
