Conrad Macao

An amazing hotel! We will definitely be back.Great service, perfect breakfast and a nice big room with an amazing view

A bit disappointed with this 5 Stars hotel for those Checking in arrangement: After half an hour waiting by 1:30 pm at lobby of Conrad for the Check in Pre Registration process, I was told to come after 3:00 pm to get the room keys (while I saw some others could get the room keys immediately and then being escorted to Lift/Elevator area). Without too much elaboration on hotel facilities, I was further explained that by 3:00 pm when I would return to collect for the room keys, I would need to line up again (that would be crazy and wastage of time/process). After some struggling, I pushed hard for the keys and get inside the high floor room in 35/f to find the room without weighing scale and Tea Bags are not adequately support (and I spotted steward arranging Fruit Plate to other room). That made me feel Conrad had deteriorated to certain extent....

Excellent service from check in to check-out! Good housekeeping and breakfast at Churchill’s restaurant was delicious.  The room in Conrad is, well maintained, cleaned, friendly and helpful staff.  Location is also convenient with easy access to restaurants and many retail shops.

Our stay at the Conrad Macao was absolutely beautiful and flawless! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful. The staff here is truly amazing. We would like to send a very special thank you to Dylan. He helped us with our luggage and truly went above and beyond to make our stay so much better. His exceptional service made a huge difference! We were also thrilled to receive a room upgrade. So kind! Our room was located on the highest floor, offering spectacular views. Additionally, the hotel features a beautiful swimming pool which we absolutely loved. It was a superb stay from start to finish. We highly recommend Conrad Macao to everyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Conrad Macao, conveniently located 8 minutes drive away from the airport. The hotel is well designed and well maintained, the lobby looks impressive, the service was impeccable at all levels. The front desk officer who checked us in - this kind gentleman Ben Ng, was so sweet and helpful. Upon hearing it was our first time in Macau, he gave us some very good tips and recommendations. The hotel has a great amenities and facilities. We particularly liked the pool and gym. The room service menu was also very good, very extensive, and reasonably priced. Great experience overall.

Great to stay as it’s convenient to get around the sands resort facilities

The overall experience was good, we booked the deluxe king room and was upgrade to the tower view room, our check in was pleasant from the moment we step into the lobby, first being greeted by the FOM, the FOO was very helpful and gladly explained the overall building structure and gave us a free Macao travel guide and the building map where we are staying in. Luggage was swiftly handled by the bell service. FOO also helped to arrange a London style limo to fetch us to tapia village. House keeping was next level as they were so thoughtful of the need of their guest and make sure the room was tidy on daily basis.. we were treated like royalties. We basically came back feeling like home.. thanks the team for their effort during our stay. Special shoutout to Evanna ,Mia and Leena for their extraordinary service during our stay to ensure it was smooth and pleasant for first time travellers like us.

Breathtaking stay with a view of Eiffel Tower and the Parisian hotel! Thw hotel is within the shops of The Londoner hotel. We ate lunch and dinner 3rd floor with variety of local cuisine, so yummy!

The location of this hotel is superb, just walking distance to Wynn Palace, COD and Venetian area. The room view was astonishing of Eiffel Tower. The facilities are great too, we love staying in this hotel.
