Great location. Gorgeous room. Lovely amenities. The view from the room was beautiful. It was overall very comfortable.

Wish the sofa is 2-seaters instead of single seater. This would be more cosy for couple. Table lamp not working. Lamp near window not working.

This hotel has very good service. They upgraded our room to a family type without charging. The location is accessible to many places. It's easy to travel around Macau. It's close to bus stops and shopping areas.

Location was very strategic, near all amenities. Room size was decently huge for the location and price. It was a comfortable and satisfying stay

The hotel is well-known and has a good reputation, but the interior of the rooms needs remodeling to a newer version. The door latch is somewhat broken, which indicates a need for maintenance. While the environment is generally quiet, there is a lingering smoking smell even in the non-smoking areas. Overall, I believe the pricing is too high for the current condition of the rooms.

Value for money. Well-located hotel with great service.  We  enjoyed the scenic walk to Senado square and Ruins of St. Paul and back to hotel.  Got a family room with a view of iconic Lisboa hotel in a non-smoking floor.  Will recommend hotel to friends.

No more free shuttle bus services from various point like airport, borders. Either take taxi or use Lisboa hotel bus and walk 10mins with your luggage. Hotel room conditions is deteriorating. Breakfast at 9th floor after discount is 95 MOP for room guest. Food selection is not like before.

The location is superb. It's a walking distance from Senado square. You can walk around the city easily. It's located right next to New Yaohan Department store.

The front line staff all are very helpful , especially thank you to Tom Lu for the great service. This hotel provide free shuttle bus service to Zhuhai. Walk to tourism spot like St Paul Church about 10mins . Nearby a lot eateries places like the famous Margaret egg tart. Can take free shuttle bus to Lisboa Hotel and walk to Grand Emperors Hotel. This hotel room is huge and bed and pillow is comfy . Will definitely come back again .
