Enjoyable short stay. Could see grand Lisboa from room

their staffs are accomodating. there are a lot of filipino staffs who could understand english well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Room was big and king size bed. Spacious and comfy. Bathtub for bubble bath. Air conditioning well temperature controlled leading to a nice atmosphere for dining in room. Bed comfy nice sleep well rested . Highly recommended ! Just renovations till 6pm but bearable since not all times in room hearing the noise .

The hotel is ok for not long stay. Pros: 1. Quite good location: walkable distance to the main attractions, the buses stop in front of the hotel, supermarkets, ATM and McDonald’s are nearby. 2. The staff is nice and helpful. They speak English which is very important! 3. The bed and pillow is comfortable. 4. The window cannot be opened but the aircon is ok, however it is noisy. 5. I had good view from my window: the street and building in front of the hotel. (Photo) 6. WiFi in the room was good. Cons: 1. The hotel is quite old, the facilities need to be renewed. Actually, they currently do renovation and warn about the noise from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It was not a problem for me, but it would be better to know about it before non-refundable reservation. 2. I booked single room with double bed but the room was bad: dirty (or burnt) carpet, dirty drops on the bathroom door, stains on the table. (Photo 1). I asked to change the room. They didn’t have another double bed room, so they offered twin bed room. It was better, so I stayed. But still, the facilities were not really good, for instance, there was mold at the bathroom curtain and near the sink, the sink was burst and the water went out slowly. (Photo) 3. No breakfast. I hope that after renovation the hotel will be much better and more pleasant to stay.

This should only call itself motel. Room safe not working, cover to the long bath overflow dropped out exposing the drainage, had to ask for (paper-thin) slippers ...

The price you pay and the service you get are the same. Do not expect so much if looking for a decent place to stay.

Best location , good breakfast (not queen one) . unfortunately problems with baby crib

If I can give 100 stars, I would! Was there for our special anniversary, hotel offered us a bottle of wine complimentary! Not to mention that the free room upgrade to suite because our room was filled with smoke smell. Love this place! They are so warming! The location is superb too! 5 minutes walk to Wynn and Lisboa hotel, and nearby a lot of eateries and convenient stores, groceries. Definitely a good choice! Room is big and comfy too

Once again extended our stay, staff again helped us to remain in the same room. Utilised the fitness facilities which are good too. Lovely staff, would definitely come back!

Great location and good hotel in a budget. It's easy to reach from anywhere using a local bus or taxi. Also at a walking distance from Senado Square, Wynn & MGM.

Location is good but dun have free shuttle service . Check in & check out very efficient .

Lots of eateries nearby. Household name never disappoints. Walkable distance to nearest major casinos/hotels like StarWorld and Wynn
