New Orient Landmark Hotel recensioner

Room is spacious and clean Location is okay its near grand lisboa within 5-15 mins walk and maybe 20mins walk in senado square. Front desk is friendly and accomodating. However staff in pool area doesnt speak much in english and we encounter unpleasant service in swimming pool area,staff prioritize what they called “ the Regular chinese old woman” that always goes there and she acted like she own the swimming pool and staff there gather in a corner talking pointing and looking at us and we know theyre talking about us and as we make ourselves enter in the swimming pool.like we have a common sense and know what we are doing and we are just on the side of the pool and they keep on like bothering us that we should be just on the other side when we are just on the corner minding our own business coz that old woman feel entittled and thinks that she owns the place! It make us feel bothered instead of being relaxed swimming we felt unwelcomed. We ended up getting pissed and left and we go to the shower room and we just touch a towel and one old woman again get angry out of nowhere and says not to touch the towels and she asked if we are from philippines and said we must needed to be assisted and not to touch things.We just entered the shower room for like 10 seconds and ended up having this heated argument with the rude lady and the staffs just keeps on yapping to each other with their language instead of settling the misunderstanding between us and the old lady . not leaving us like we didnt exists.before we enter one kind staff said we can take towels in that shelves and later on the staff explains that those old chinese rude womans are regular there and we just need to let their rudness slide not sure if the hotel tolerate this kind of guests behavior. We got offended as first timers to checked-in to your hotel and your so called “regular”makes your guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and ruined our experience instead of having a good one. They obviously can be defined as “Racist”.

The hotel location is so convenient to access, and walkable to Ruins of St Paul and Lisbo Casino as well as local restaurants. The hotel front desk team offered us free upgrade to Superior Suite - spacious living room and bathroom. The room is tidy and comfortable. We will stay here for our next visit.

Nice and cozi

The hotels at Taipa area was expensive so we chose this hotel in Macau. The rooms are spacious and clean. Also easy access by taxi to everywhere in Macau. You can even walk 15-20 minutes to reach St.Paul ruins..

The staff e not friendly, and the guest must to pay the parking in the hotel. I SUGGEST choice different hotel.

Not enough check in/out counters. We ordered an extra bed room and need to request setup and supplies after check-in. Breakfast selection was limited and mostly cold food served, and the noodle bar could be more flexible to accommodate guest needs. Perhaps consider offering bacon as a start. Surprised a 5-star hotel doesn't have English movie channels. The 5/F dim sum restaurant was good. The staff were generally friendly.

we found the dust bean without plastic bag..... but another thing is better.

Good and happy to stay for another trip. I will recommend to my friends to stay at this hotel.

A fair hotel located at the heart of Macao. Decorations are grand but in lavish Chinese style. Which is old fashioned.

Breakfast not very good but ok Pool service very average but staff very nice

Spacious hotel room, great location but I did not enjoy during my stay as corridor with awful smell.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! When we first arrived at the entrance of the hotel, we were assisted by the bellhop, Mark Spencer, who was very nice and helpful during our arrival and leaving the hotel. And everything else that came after did not disappoint, the room was beautiful, the breakfast was nice. Would definitely come back again! 👍🏽
