It is a really old hotel and it has been renovated in sometime, but the thing that makes this place of steel is the attached resort. A great find if you're looking to relax and get away from the over air-conditioned adult oriented pressure cooker of the casinos on the strip. The breakfast buffet offers a little bit of everything including Western favourites, Chinese items and even some Indian choices.

Great location with very easy access to Macau city center (5 minutes by bus), and also Taipa Village and Cotai the opposite way. Staying at this hotel is a bit like going back in time (especially for the bedroom, bathroom, and some of the ceiling height in some areas of the facilities) but it is still a very pleasant experience especially when enjoying the SPA and outdoor swimming pool (the real "selling point"). Rooms are a bit outdated, but still clean and pleasant overall (it might depend on the room you have been given) with some very nice views on Macau Tower and the harbor. Service is good with polite and helpful staff. We will definitely stay there again in the future (especially during summer because of the outdoor swimming pool).

Celebrated my birthday here. The reception helped save a great room and offered complimentary birthday chocolate set to be sent to our room - loved it! Thanks! Also loved the gym and spa. In room ventilation could be better tho. Great location. Overall would recommend!

The place is quiet old but the location is so good. Staff are great because they can speak English well. Help us booking taxi's. I hope they will put some air freshener on the room so it will smell nice. Bus stop going to the famous hotel and attraction is just across the hotel too.

This hotel is just a shame. It’s exactly the image of the hotel I imagine my grandparents booked for their vacations before my mother was even born. It looks like it was great in the 70s but hasn’t evolved since then. The whole building looks old, the pool looks old, the rooms look old, even the view from our room looked old. The rooms are not maintained properly, there were cracks everywhere and there was a leak in the closet. I had to put the trash can below and it was quite full when I woke up. When I said that during checkout, they told me “the hotel is very old”. So I answered: “in this case you should renovate and not rent your rooms in the meantime”. I’m still waiting for an apology. The groom at the main entrance who takes care of the cabs and the lugage was just rude the 3 days we were there. I really think they ahould close the hotel for now. This is not what you can expect of a 5 star hotel.

Lovely place to stay. The amenities are a bit old but kept very clean and in good condition. It has a kind of old charm. Very friendly and helpful staff. The spa/gym area is excellent.

The location is excellent: there is a huge shopping mall - 'Nova mall' with a lot of shops including supermarket with good food - "Taste". The room is clean, the cleaning is in time. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel. I recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Regency Art Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The amenities were excellent, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is also convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

Swimming pool and spa pool are good, service all good,will come again soon!
