This is a very clean hotel and the location is perfect for one needing to be in the center of Macau.

The place is cozy.. rooms are big and aesthetic.. staffs are friendly.. good location as well. will book again

Hotel was nice and clean. Hotel in the city and easy to go sanado square even walk to shopping or looking for foods to eat. Have breakfast in the mall 👍🏻.

It’s an old hotel but location is right at the centre of tourist area and food.

Hotel is near tourist spots. Room is clean. They have restaurant inside.

The morning breakfast is not buffet as I expected and the hotel stills smell smoking cigarettes even though have notes every where

Good location for travel. Breakfast has lots of choices. within walking distance on some landmark.

Good location, the beds are comfy, clean . The windows are sealed, can't open. The room was smell really bad, smoking smell was so heavy. Even though they put non-smoking sign but can't help. So sad that the staffs didn't do enough to stop the smoking. 😪

Nice hotel located in old Macau district. Special mention for Jerry (Front Office) & Housemaid (forgot to get her name) for floor 10th during our stay - helpful & courteous. We would have had an enjoyable stay in Macau, but unfortunately, it was marred by some unethical individuals (we're not sure if they were locals or tourists) who stole our hotel-loaned umbrella right under the nose of the security guard at the Sir Robert Ho Tung Library. The umbrella was kept at their umbrella rack because it was raining during our visit. The most ridiculous part is that the security guard actually told us to file a police report on the loss! Sadly, we had to pay MOP 100 to the hotel as a penalty for the stolen umbrella. 🤦♀️😓.

Hotel is a bit old. Some tiles in the bathroom were dirty. However this hotel is very near to many attractions, shopping, eateries, public buses and taxis were very convenient. All within walking distances.

Good hotel.Location is good. Though we thought their restaurant is a buffet style but still we had a good experience.
