Macau Hotel S recensioner

The best hotel we’ve been so far. It took me 2 days to decide to book this for our family trip and not a single complaint from any of my family members. Location is near Senados Square and many food to eat around. They have onsite cafe but I hope it opens earlier than 10 am because who drinks coffee at 10am? They have a self serve area on the second floor where you can do your laundry, iron clothes, exercise, eat or reheat good, refill water for free. The staffs are welcoming though English is always a challenge but they can do basic English.- better to have translator app like google translate. We enjoyed our stay and the best part is the overlooking window where we watched fireworks during CNY.

The price is quite expensive compared to chain hotel like Lisboeta ,not many facilities and location is not convenient although staff is quite helpful. Roof bar has good atmosphere and breathtaking view. The only credit l give. Should arrange CNY laisee with chocolate coin inside for better festive atmosphere. Murray Chu

No body lotion ,but all in all everything was awesome even the power station area and the refilling of water its good idea. My only concern is that the stay over is not changing linen even we stay for more than 2 days. I will surely come back.🥰🫶

The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service, The day I stayed they gave me flowers. I was very impressed and Mr. Wivson kayee gave me very well advice. 🙏🏻 I will definitely go back there again.

Overall, we really enjoyed our experience here! The facilities were great - we really took advantage of the free water cooler in the lobby. Really liked that they provided coffee and apples in the rooms too, on top of all the pillows and blankets! The service is fantastic too - Erica and KaYee were really nice and helpful, whether it came to adding an extra bed or where to get good cheap food nearby. The art is also just really cool - it’s everywhere - and they’ve even got QR codes for you to scan if you’re further interested in the work and artist. 10/10 would recommend to stay. We will come back if we come Macao again. Cheers!

The hotel location is good. Walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the places of interest and bus stop. Food and supermarkets can easily be found in hotel surroundings. Staff are courtesy and helpful.

As we booked the room on-day, so no more double bed was available. Other than that, I still recommend this hotel in terms of the room size and cleanliness. Also, the hotel has different artistic features to make it special from the others with same price.

The hotel is cute the room is good, very very good service staff is very helpful, it is close to many restaurants and there is 7-11 Supermarket near the hotel convenient transportation very impressed. 😊 If I have a chance to go to Macau again I will definitely stay again. ❤️

I booked two rooms for weekend trip. Hotel-S has upgraded one of the rooms for us. Also there are also gifted rose for female customers. Nice. The staff (Kaylee) is very helpful. The restaurant on the 1/F opens till midnight and provides nice south-east Asian food and drinks.
