Hotel Royal

Hotellets hygien är inte acceptabel, särskilt inte en del av kackerlackorna som dyker upp i hotellrummet, så hemskt!!! Rummet har ett stort rum för att förbättra hygienen.

My mom and I stayed at this hotel, and overall it was a good experience, but we had a couple of issues. We arrived around 11:00 a.m. and were told that check-in was at 2:00 p.m., so we left our luggage and went out. We returned and checked in later that evening, around 10:00 p.m. The first issue was the air conditioner in our room. Around 11:30 p.m., I noticed it wasn't getting cold. I waited for a while, thinking it just needed time, but it still wasn't working properly when we were ready to sleep. I called the front desk, and they sent someone to check it. They eventually moved us to another room around midnight, which we appreciated. The next day, we had to change rooms again. While my mom was cleaning up, she found a used condom on the floor near the bedside lamp. This was very disappointing and raised concerns about the room's cleanliness. We informed the staff member who helped us move our belongings, although I'm not sure if the issue was reported because we had to leave shortly afterward. Aside from these issues, the staff were helpful, and the hotel itself was nice. If it weren't for the air conditioner problem and the cleanliness issue, our stay would have been great.

The location is quite convenient cause there are some local restaurants nearby. The hotel has 4 dinning places itself. The bakery is very attractive. The swimming pool is beautiful and convenient cause there are swim suit to buy. It’s easy to get to nearby attractions by taxi or bus.

Will definitely book again!! The location was great! Near the center and the tourist places. The staff was very helpful and kind. The carpet although looked a bit old. The indoor swimming pool was great!! Had purchased the hotel together with a visit in Macau tower which was an amazing experience.

Really nice hotel with a more than perfect room and diverse breakfast. Very helpfull doorman.

The location of the hotel is in downtown with a park nearby and easy to be found. Hotel staff is professional and helpful. Recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it very comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests.

The location is an oasis within a busy city. The view from the room is lovely and everything is clean and tidy. Love the tranquility in the neighbourhood, yet only minutes away from city centre.

It’s okay, the hotel is showing its age,not the best value but convienent if you want to live in central macau.
