The Parisian Macao recensioner

We expected a true five-star experience, but this hotel barely reaches a 3.5 or 4-star level in terms of service and facilities. We requested a high-floor, non-smoking room and were even upgraded to a suite. However, the hallways and air conditioning carried a strong cigarette smell. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue in hotels with frequent Chinese guests. Breakfast was another major letdown. If you book a room with breakfast included through Trip, you’ll be dining at The Market Bistro, but don’t expect a buffet. Instead, you get a limited choice between a Western or Chinese set menu. For a supposed five-star hotel, the quality is extremely poor—terrible coffee, packaged toast, greasy and fried food, and no fresh fruit or natural juice. The “pastry selection” consists of one processed croissant, two slices of toast, and a Danish. The hotel is also overcrowded, with the reception and rooms located far apart, requiring long walks each time you go back and forth. For just 300 - 400 Mops more, you could stay at The St. Regis or another luxury hotel (low season) that offers far better value for money. Don’t be misled by Trip reviews—this hotel does not live up to the five-star rating it claims.

The room and the swimming pool were great. But the shower facility was not that comfortable next to the pool. Too little water came out so it was uncomfortable to wash. However, the location was perfect for connecting other hotels and sightseeing.

We had a wonderful stay at Parisian Macao and wish we could stay another night. We did not give 5 stars for amenities because the swimming pools are too far away for us staying in the south wing. By the time we got time to try them they were closed. That place look great though from atop Eiffel Tower. Every staff we spoke to were super nice and helpful. We were especially thankful to Miss Wong at check-in and Jin Hsieh at Information counter.

The hotel's family-friendly amenities and excellent location contributed to a highly satisfactory stay.

If you are looking to gamble this is the place to come if not it gets boring after day 2. This is like a big shopping mall

The room service is very good, they know you bring a kids along, they serve you additional amenities with foc. The room is very clean and new, the whole building design is very European, I like it very much. The room price is competitive vs the other Venice and London hotel that just nearby. You can walk through all the hotel easily. The signature Eiffel tower is just Infront the hotel, night view is very beautiful.

It was an absolutely amazing stay and an experience. Parisian Hotel has everything and it has such an incredible interior that looks surreal! Just entering the receptions felt like royalty. Not to mention the Venetian that is connected to it. Everything was beautiful! We booked for only one night. We wanted to extend for another night but unfortunately, everything is fully booked and the prices had doubled. However, it was still a nice stay. It is located in the new district and around it was all the fancy and majestic hotels. We had 30% off for the 3D space team Lab which was a great experience. I highly recommend that one. One of a kind! We love the swimming pool and the spacious bathroom. It was also easy to get a taxi just in front of the hotel. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we ever go back to Macao. Downside: No convenience stores nearby. Could get crowded on holiday seasons.

Nice hotel and would stay again. We got connecting rooms for 4 adults and one toddler. They provided a crib and bath toiletries. Staff were also kind enough to heat up leftover food for my toddler so I can feed it to him in the room. Pools looked awesome but we were too cold to swim although we saw people swimming in the pool every day when we were there so maybe it was heated. The cube kingdom was really big, and my toddler had a fun time in it, but it does cost extra. Cleanliness I gave a four because I always think hotels with carpets are inherently a bit dirtier, but it’s probably way too much money to change all the carpet into hardwood floors at this point.

We had a wonderful stay at the Parisian Macau! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and even offered to upgrade our room, which was a delightful surprise. The highlight of our trip was the lovely cake provided for my wife's birthday—it was not only beautifully presented but also absolutely delicious! The hotel perfectly captures the essence of Paris, with a stunning replica of the Eiffel Tower that we could admire from our room. The Parisian-inspired interior art and charming shops added to the immersive experience, making us feel as if we were strolling through the streets of Paris.  The services were exceptional, especially the option to leave our bags for 24 hours while we explored the city. This made our touring experience so much more leisurely and enjoyable, allowing us to soak in all the sights without the hassle of carrying our belongings. The restaurants at the hotel were fantastic, offering a diverse range of delectable dishes that catered to all tastes. Overall, our stay was incredibly comfortable and memorable. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lovely getaway!

Our stay here was absolutely incredible!! We loved it here and will absolutely be staying there again when we visit Macau!!

The Parisian Hotel is quite attractive, and I'd like to book it again several times.

Reception was extremely friendly. They were always willing to help and saw to the end that I got what I needed. They had workers who knew excellent English which made the experience a breeze.
