Staff was mean and angry. Furniture is an old Please clean room at least once in a while.

Overall average experience, if you like Galaxy casino then this is a good place for you to stay over. Security tier is below average level, spent RM600 for 1 night 02/05

I booked because it was the cheapest option on Cotai, and it shows. The location is excellent, but the hotel is dated and a bit depressing. Dining area is empty and they require a cash deposit (be aware). Also I shouldn’t have paid for breakfast, it wasn’t available for an early flight (it’s 7-9 be aware). Only stay for the convenience, not the experience.

**Disappointing Stay at This Hotel – Poor Value for Money** I seldom leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel fell far below expectations, especially given its price point. To start, the room appeared dated and worn, with outdated furnishings and decor that indicated a lack of proper maintenance. The overall ambiance felt neglected—a surprising shortcoming in a city known for its high hospitality standards. Additionally, basic amenities were lacking. There was no tissue box in the room, and when I requested coffee, creamer, and sugar, housekeeping informed me these items were unavailable. Such essentials are standard at any reputable hotel, making their absence both inconvenient and unacceptable. Given the cost of my stay, I would have gladly paid an extra 200–300 HKD to book at a neighboring property like the Galaxy, where service and quality are consistently superior. Unfortunately, due to the last-minute nature of my trip, the Galaxy and other nearby hotels were fully booked, leaving me with limited alternatives. In summary, this hotel fails to meet expectations in terms of maintenance, amenities, and overall value. I cannot recommend staying here unless no other options are available. Macau offers far better accommodations, and it is worth planning ahead to ensure a more comfortable and well-appointed stay. **I will not be returning.**

The hotel is old yet spacious and clear. The front desk staff is not very helpful when we asked for help to reserve a taxi though.

spacious room,just that the toilet is moldy.and i booked for non smoking room but they put me in a smooking room. as of the location it is actually good,walking distance to all of the amazing views in cotai macau

The staff of the hotel are courteous and friendly. We were offered upgraded room. The room is clean and comfortable. Given its cost, it's indeed cost effective.

Very close to Galaxy and you can use galaxy shuttle bus from airport to hotel and hotel to the port .

The room is very big but old. Nice view. There are no outlet converters and the outlets are very far from the bed. The pool is nice and quiet and indoors. The staff do not speak good english are of little help when it comes to navigating macau. Good location as it's right next to Galaxy. Breakfast option is disappointing.

It’s not a four star hotel at all just a 2-3 star from my perspective The public facilities are all closed and the receptionists don’t know when it’s open or close Booked a smoke free room at 8th floor however the whole floor seems to be a non smoke free area however they helped us change the room to 9th floor , thanks for that But the whole vibe is not a 4 star for sure, just a 3 star

Stayed for 1 night. The hotel is quite old but it is generally clean. There was not enough plugs for charging my electronics devices. During my stay, there was a blackout in the middle of the night and I needed to call front desk for help.
