Good service but far away from the station . Hotel is rarely clean and room is big. Closely with a small shopping mall but limited choice of restaurants

Overall experience was good. We stayed at this hotel many times. There are more shops opened in the mall now which is great. We tried the Line Friends restaurant and deco was nice.

Quick check in and out. Staff at front desk were nice and helpful, and had offered very useful information and advice. The room was spacious, neat and clean, and was well maintained. Would stay at the hotel again if visiting Taipa again.

location is a bit far in Taipa. shuttle bus is not frequently scheduled. however, the service and room amenities were excellent.

Staffs hardly speak anyenglish. Breakfast was the worst I've ever had. Have to que up for drinks and the food is inadequate in both quality and quantity and variety. Stay away from this hotel

I have stated that my stay is for celebrating the marriage anniversary, but the staff at reception seems overlooked it and has no any intention to provide any free cake, her attitude is also very general as a reception staff. Overall the feeling to this hotel is just normal.

We loved our extraordinarily large room with separate living and bedroom and the lovely scent. Despite its quite minimum lighting, overall we enjoyed our experiences along with its l’occitane amenities. Some people complain about its location being too far from most other sites with limited shuttle options, but we found it quite convenient after knowing that we managed to use Grand Lisboa Palace shuttle services. The shopping mall connected to the hotel was also a reliable option. Our room came with an afternoon tea set which was great though the service could have been better about the tea and drink included.

The room Supplies are of great quality. However, the hotel room is little bit smelly and the location is far away from major shopping malls.

I just enjoyed my stay in l’occitane themed room :) Tidy & comfortable as I like their products as well. There’re also few coffee shops & restaurants that meet teenagers needs. Just around 10mins walk to casino;)

The location is far from the tourist attractions, but the hotel is attached with a mall and recreation area, so you can enjoy your time without meeting the crowd. A bus stop is nearby and also a shuttle service is provided by Grand lisboa palace resort, followed by 10 minutes walk from the get-off point to the hotel

Room Service: The room service experience was disappointing. I requested two glasses for white wine, but they only had mugs available, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. It felt like a complete oversight and diminished the experience. Room Maintenance: The room had noticeable maintenance issues, including several damaged lights that were either flickering or completely out. This created an inconvenient and unpolished atmosphere, far below the expected standard. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was subpar. There were visible dust marks in corners, and some surfaces, like the bathroom counter, didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. It fell short of the hygiene standards one would expect from a luxury hotel like Lisboeta Macau - L’Occitane.
