Did not expect this hotel kind of place! Superb!!! The location is awesome! Overall… Fantastic!

The room and bathroom are big, and the window is enormous. Unfortunately, it had a cigar smell. The WiFi is good. There are some restaurants and one Starbucks nearby.

Overall a good stay. The room smelled of smoke and the carpet had lots of burnt marks, I showed photos and videos to reception to make sure I wasn't going to be charged. All good.

I greatly recommend.! Pricing is fair,Excellent customer service! Specially to Nolly did some amazing arrangements on our room..

Location is good however everything else was bad. The moment we opened the door, we could smell smoke. Cleanliness is terrible - the towel provided has obvious yellow stains and there was mould in the sink and unwanted hair in the shower before we even used it. One night was enough for us and we will not return.

The location was really nice!! But it is hard to call a taxi , even for the people , who work there.

Location is good, very near the shopping areas. But our room is on the ground floor, we could hear people walking and passing by. Could have at least a mini fridge maybe. Can’t think of anything that would make me want to go back.

Nice small hotel, close to the airport, very convenient to use for short stay in Beijing. Good chinese breakfast was included.

Retired sisters stayed at Towns Well, location good, close 5- 6 minute walk to bus stops, room was ample, comfortable beds, quiet, great housekeeping staff, restaurant food was tasty, front staff could smile and be more welcoming..there was smoking in rooms on our floor although it was a non smoking hotel.. yes would return..

It’s just ok.

Since the hotel is very old, carpet and room is smelly. Not good for cozy person. But the room is spacious. Very good for families or friends who wants to stay in hotel in cheaper price. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
