The house has been recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, American coffee machine (on request), iron and ironing board, hairdryer, flat screen TV in every room with satellite and digital terrestrial channels.
The apartment is suitable for two people and has a cot (on request). A large space for bicycle storage is available. The structure has complete coverage with stable internet signal up to 50 mpbs. Public car park nearby a few steps from the structure. The house is very close to the main services of Maccagno: supermarket, post office, pharmacy, bus stop, train station with trains to Milan and the main Lombardy exhibition centers and tourist port, from where boats leave for all the main towns on Lake Maggiore (Cannero, Cannobio, Locarno, Ascona, Arona, Stresa, Borromean Islands). The main markets to visit are the one in Luino on Wednesdays and the one in Cannobio on Sundays.
